Chen Liang said, these consumers no longer buy 6 pairs, they either buy one box or ask for different styles, for example, buy 6 pairs, but they want to buy three boxes, each box has different styles.
This leads to the fact that these foreign businessmen are no longer in the same order as they used to be.
For example, the same order of 100 thousand pairs, but now there are three or even more styles. In addition, the same style, they are more cautious, will not give up 100 thousand pairs at a time, it may become sub batch, 30 thousand or 50 thousand pairs at a time.
"Now there are fewer and fewer products of single variety and large quantities, and the products of multiple varieties and small quantities are becoming mainstream."

Chen Liang said that from the end of last year to the beginning of this year, the shoe machine business was crazy, and the enterprises were buying equipment, and prepared to increase their horsepower to make the best preparations for this year's orders.
Who knows, bought equipment, expanded postpartum, to the second half of the year, many enterprises found that the original market is different from its own prediction.
This year's orders seem to have suddenly evaporated, and the original production line is filled with dissatisfaction, let alone the new assembly line.
With orders to be found, orders for this year are different from before.

"Using this mode of production does not produce any other cost, but it silently asks the management level of the enterprise."
Chen Liang said that the so-called large or small assembly line equipment is the same in all the functions, but the length is different, and of course the cost is different. Therefore, it will not have much impact on the staffing, but this mode will generate waste of equipment resources and reduce the production efficiency of the whole line.

From the cost point of view, this new model does not have much advantages, and more is just the response of enterprises to normal production system reform in response to market demand.

Shen Chengying said that these large assembly lines only need to be reformed on some small links, and they can be turned into small ones.
"The production of 50 thousand double orders is very easy, most enterprises can do it, but 5 million pairs of 100 orders, the same production demand, the level of production management of enterprises is a terrible torture."
Shen Chengying said that if the management level of enterprises can not keep up with them, then no matter whether they are cutting, sewing machines and molding lines, or the matching of materials and production, or the arrangement of production plans will become the nightmare of enterprises. It will be difficult to make the final number clear, the data will be confused, the inventory and market needs can not be met, production links and delivery periods will not be able to meet all kinds of problems, which will make these executives become firefighters everywhere.
In the eyes of Chen Liang and Ma Wancheng, less batch and multi variety production is the inevitable trend in the future.
However, although most enterprises have predicted this trend, they haven't prepared well yet.
