In addition, the workers also have some opinions on the performance bonus and the profit and loss in the factory. "We also want employees to share the responsibilities in the factory, and this regulation is only in the discussion, not really implemented."
In response, the factory has issued a circular: the revision and complementation of the new system such as factory card control in the previous factory has been suspended since November 17th.
