So even now there is no smell in the workshop, let alone the airport road outside the factory and outside.

While winning the clean environment, enterprises can also get economic benefits from these DMF emissions.

Take the exhaust gas from the hood as an example, they will be sent to the DMF waste gas recovery tower for recycling.

Standing on the 5 recycling towers outside the workshop of the artificial leather company, one of them is "ready" for the exhaust gas.

Sun Jianfeng calculated a sum of money, just collecting the sporadic waste gas from the workshop which only accounts for a small share of the total exhaust gas. Every month, we can re create the DMF raw material worth 120 thousand yuan per month. "We have achieved" win-win "through environmental protection.

According to Hu Yinzhong, deputy director of Longwan Environmental Protection Bureau, by the end of May this year, enterprises with PU synthetic leather production lines were all closed.

There are 54 synthetic leather enterprises and more than 250 synthetic leather production lines in Longwan district. The improvement of each point of the DMF waste gas purification and recovery device brings obvious environmental benefits. The seal cover is like this, so is the "one line one tower" (that is, a dry production line corresponds to a recovery tower).

At present, 162 DMF exhaust gas recovery towers have been built in the region, and the effective recovery rate of waste gas is over 97%.

And the economic benefits gained by enterprises are even more substantial.
