    Moreover, many factory recruitment representatives also indicated that in the period when employment is relatively scarce, the wages of general practitioners will also increase by a certain margin, which is around 100 yuan ~200 yuan.

    Some factories also reduce workers' turnover rate by improving welfare.

    The recruitment staff of Cheng Hao shoe factory told reporters that in the past year, the factory only put 5 days off, and the staff rushed to and from the two places in a hurry. Therefore, in order to get plenty of time, some people had to resign and go home.

    So this year, the factory extended the holiday to 15 days, and the factory staff who did not go home also arranged some entertainment activities.

    According to the responsible person of Houjie labor and Employment Service Center, the local has established a platform for cooperation with the major labor force. There are nearly 100 enterprises recruiting labor force in different places each year, of which about 70% of general practitioners are recruited.
