Miss Zhang, an electrical appliance factory in Hongmei, told reporters that as the end of the year is approaching, many employees have the intention to return home in advance. The peak of employee turnover will occur next year after new year's day, so the factory has to recruit employees in advance for storage.
Miss Yi, the recruitment manager of a shoe factory, is deeply impressed by this.
According to her, the factory has more than 2000 employees. According to past experience, the staff turnover rate is usually around 20% at the end of the year.
"There are still some resignation workers who have no choice but to double the number of resigned workers, and the production of factories will be affected."
Huang Jing, a director of marketing and marketing at Houjie street, believes that the reality that the general practitioners and technicians are hard to recruit in the past two years is unquestionable, and now many front-line employees are "post-80s". They are more concerned about the living environment and entertainment activities of factories. Therefore, the stability of some front-line workers in some factories is not strong enough, and the flow of talent on the market at the end of the year will be significantly reduced than in the first two months, which is also one of the factors that cause the current demand for more than the supply.
Countermeasures: acquaintance introduces the improvement of employee benefits, and in order to solve the current shortage of labor shortages, various enterprises have also demonstrated their strength.
Reporters learned in the interview, in some manufacturing, catering and other industries, "acquaintance introduction" this way is very popular, through employees to introduce relatives, acquaintances to work in enterprises, after three months, the introducer can get 100 yuan ~200 yuan / person's introduction fee.
Moreover, many factory recruitment representatives also indicated that in the period when employment is relatively scarce, the wages of general practitioners will also increase by a certain margin, which is around 100 yuan ~200 yuan.
Some factories also reduce workers' turnover rate by improving welfare.
The recruitment staff of Cheng Hao shoe factory told reporters that in the past year, the factory only put 5 days off, and the staff rushed to and from the two places in a hurry. Therefore, in order to get plenty of time, some people had to resign and go home.
So this year, the factory extended the holiday to 15 days, and the factory staff who did not go home also arranged some entertainment activities.
According to the responsible person of Houjie labor and Employment Service Center, the local has established a platform for cooperation with the major labor force. There are nearly 100 enterprises recruiting labor force in different places each year, of which about 70% of general practitioners are recruited.
In addition, the labor market in Houjie has also reached a labor cooperation relationship with Guangxi, Hubei and Guiyang. Some secondary technical and technical school students have been organized to work in order to alleviate the shortage of employment at present.
