Finding the right job is not easy.

In November, the sun was shining in Guangzhou, but Mr. Jin's mood in the early morning market was somewhat disturbed. Since he came out of the original garment factory half a month ago, he came here to look for work every day. But ten days later, he had not found a suitable one. "I don't want it very much, as long as I can earn seventy or eighty yuan a day, and the goods will be ready at the end of the year."

But the factory that recruits here can achieve a very low unit price at the end of the year, which is about 10% lower than the original factories that he has done, and the goods with a slightly higher price can only do one or two days.

Mr. Kim had been working in the factory for a long time. He paid a piece of money for a long term job. He could get two thousand seven hundred and eight hundred yuan a month. But in the past few months, the original factory did not do it alone, but only one thousand yuan a month, so the resignation came out.

Reporters interviewed more than 10 copies in the market randomly. Most people said that the reason why they came out for copying was because the factory did not have stable goods to do. As the pieceworker did not have the basic salary, he could not earn money in a factory and had to copy it.

However, most people find it difficult to find suitable jobs after they come out.

Lao Zhu from Jiangxi is a teacher who has worked as a tailor for more than thirty years. After he came to Xintang in 2007, he did more copy.

"Over the years, I have visited hundreds of factories."

Lao Zhu said that because of his excellent skills and many people he knew, he hardly needed to go to the human resources market. Every day, there were calls to work for him.

Lao Zhu also has a relatively high price requirement. "Generally, I can't earn 200 yuan a day, and I will not accept it."

More people, less goods, lower wages.

However, this year, the income of Lao Zhu also dropped sharply. In the past year, Lao Zhu could be busy for 25 or 6 days, and his income could reach five thousand or six thousand. But in the past 25 days in November, Lao Zhu had made sixteen or seven days of goods and earned more than 3000 yuan.

Lao Zhu said that when the factory nearby had a large list, he would immediately receive a call.

This year, however, the goods in the market are about three or four less than that of last year.

In the past, the list of tens of thousands of pieces was very common. Now the list is obviously less, and the largest number is ten thousand or twenty thousand.

And in the last one or two months, the price of labor has also been reduced. The same process of trousers head has been 1.5 yuan / piece, and now it is only 1.3 yuan / piece.

Our reporter interviewed a number of manufacturing enterprises such as clothing, furniture, footwear and other industries. Basically, the same reaction is that since October, the withdrawal of funds has become more difficult.

Many bosses are worried that cash strained companies will not survive this year.

Zhan Jia He, owner of Guangzhou Di Tai textile and Garments Co., Ltd., said that the problem of factory now is not the problem of how many goods it is, but the problem of collection. Since retail terminal is not sold, it has become very difficult since October, and the situation is much more difficult than in 2008 and 2009.

Because the front part can not be collected, the large amount of goods accumulated by the manufacturer can not be released. Now there is a lot of backlog in Xintang. It is estimated that digestion will not be finished in three or four months, and many factories have already had a holiday.

It said that at the end of the year, more and more factories will be closed, and many garment factories may not survive this winter.

Liu Yongjun, owner of Shunde Longjiang Yuan Wen Yi office furniture Co., Ltd., said that many customers of the company are large financial clients, such as banks and mobile communication companies. There are no problems in the usual return of funds, but this year, the payment of customers is also much slower. The withdrawal of funds has become very severe since October.

Since the second half of this year, due to the shrinking export market, many large furniture factories in Longjiang have been closed down, and local owners prefer to rent the workshop for rent.
