    Data show that the decline of group buying sales in October is mainly due to the lack of force in the first tier cities, and the market share of the two or three tier urban group buying users is further expanding.

    The second tier cities increased by 2 percentage points compared to September, reaching 47.05% of the total market share, while the three tier cities also increased slightly, while the first tier cities decreased by 3 percentage points.


    Compared with September, except for a few areas such as Shanghai, the volume of group buying market in most cities in Beijing, Guangzhou and Shenzhen declined significantly in October.

    Xi'an, Zhengzhou and Fuzhou ranked the three largest group buying cities in September, which were replaced by Suzhou, Wuhan and Chengdu. The ranking of Guangzhou, Hangzhou, Tianjin, Shenzhen, Nanjing and other popular group buying cities changed little, and the first ten of the top ten teams were selected.


    Industry analysts believe that with the full and in-depth development of the industry, the market share of the first tier cities in the future may be further reduced, and the consumption potential of the two or three tier cities is still worth looking forward to.

    It can be predicted that in the pformation of TOP group buying websites with O2O or B2C, some small and medium sized group buying websites in two or three tier cities will continue to change to the direction of localized services, and the deep ploughing of two or three line cities will enable them to find the future direction of development.
