    At the beginning of this year, the Zaozhuang textile and Garment Association actively contacted the industrial and Commercial Bank of China (601398, stock bar) to report on the development of the textile industry cluster, actively reflect the demand for corporate financing, and get the support of the head of the ICBC.

    In June 2011, Zaozhuang industrial and Commercial Bank of China reported to Shandong Province on the financing scheme of small enterprises in Zaozhuang City Central textile industrial cluster.

    In July 7th, when Shandong dispatched personnel to inspect the industrial clusters in the central city, the official reply was made in July 22nd with the document "[2011]120", which agreed to the textile industry cluster joint financing scheme in the central region, with an annual loan amount of 300 million yuan.

    For many years, textile enterprises in central Zaozhuang have been relying on raw materials processing, OEM production, low price orders, low-grade operations, and running by volume. The number of enterprises is large, but the overall size is small. The enterprises with over 100 million yuan in sales revenue in the whole industry are only two of Hai Zhi Jie and Hua Pai group.     At present, clothing orders for some high-grade fabrics are favored. Color weaving, complex and exquisite printing, embroidery patterns, fine knitted garments and fashionable knitted garments with thick fabric have become the first choice for enterprises to receive orders. The overall industrial grade and added value of products have been greatly improved.

    At the same time, in order to avoid the adverse factors such as RMB appreciation and international trade barriers, many enterprises changed the past practice of simply accepting foreign orders, and began to choose domestic brand orders.

    The "brand family" paternity pack and T-shirt brand products of Hua Pai group have been put into nearly 20 stores in Shanghai, Hangzhou and other places.

    It is understood that since July 1st this year, the state's COD index of sewage treatment has decreased from 100 to 60, and higher requirements for carbon emissions and wastewater discharge have brought new challenges to dyeing and finishing enterprises.

    Some enterprises are still passively dealing with the technical reform of sewage treatment, and some enterprises will face the consequences of being shut and stopped because of the lack of funds.

    Turning to the future development, Wang Yongxiang believes that although Zaozhuang has a better platform, there are many constraints.


    At present, the textile enterprises in central Zaozhuang generally lack professional and technical personnel and management personnel.

    With the continuous upgrading of equipment and upgrading of product grades, nearly 50% of enterprises lack professional and technical personnel and modern management personnel.


    According to the survey, most of the new production lines of knitting circular knitting machine, open width shaping machine and high-grade printing machine in central district are mostly technicians hired from the South with high salaries and few local professional technicians.

    Individual excellent typing technicians frequently quit job, which brings great hidden trouble to the normal production and operation of enterprises.

    The lack of professional managers has led many enterprises in Central District to fail to develop or even regress for several years.

    How to introduce, cultivate and enhance an ideal professional manager team and professional technical team has become a prominent problem to be solved in textile enterprises in Shizhong District.

    In order to speed up the absorption and cultivation of talents, the Zaozhuang textile and Garment Association recently discussed with Donghua University about the introduction and training of talents.

    The agreement on setting up a postgraduate practice base in Central District of Donghua University has been reached, and the practice base will be held this month.


    In addition to the lack of staff in textile talent enterprises, 70% of the enterprises started to operate at a rate of only 50% or a little, 25% of the enterprises started up to 70%, and 25% of the enterprises started less than 50%.
