In the first three quarters of this year, the trade volume between China and Australia for textiles and clothing products exceeded US $3 billion 400 million, up 23.4% from the same period last year.
Among them, China's exports to Australia reached $3 billion 390 million, an increase of 23.5% over the same period last year.
China's imports from Australia reached $12 million, unchanged from the same period last year.
It is predicted that the trade volume of textiles and clothing between the two countries is expected to reach US $4 billion 500 million this year.
According to the statistics of the China Textile Import and Export Chamber of Commerce, in recent years, trade in textiles and clothing between China and Australia has increased rapidly.
In the past 10 years, bilateral trade volume has been less than 1 billion 150 million in 2001.
