    Look at the global "two legged" walk


    Reporter: you have worked for many years as a leading position in Henan clothing association. It is a witness to the development of Zhengzhou women's trousers.

    You have visited many developed countries in the world, and are familiar with the clothing industry in Zhengzhou. What do you think is the future development of Zhengzhou women's trousers?


    Li Gang: I think it can be summed up in one sentence: "look at the world, do large-scale, brand guidance, mid-range support; popular popularization, the ultimate."


    The emergence of the Internet has turned the world into a "global village".

    Almost all of the fashion industries are rapidly responding, keeping pace with the times, virtualization and globalization, becoming the real fashion.

    However, in view of the sales coverage of Zhengzhou's women's trousers, 95% in the northeast, northwest and North China market, the brand of women's trousers that really occupy the national market is less than 5%, and the occupation of the global market is almost zero.


    Reporter: how can Zhengzhou's trousers be upgraded and competitive?


    Li Gang: first, start with two legs.

    Zhengzhou women's trousers enterprises have accumulated certain strength and are developing towards brand enterprises.

    Against this background, on the one hand, we should vigorously develop the domestic market, and at the same time we must develop the international market and adhere to both internal and external considerations.

    Exploiting the advantages of Henan's abundant labor resources, we will expand the trade in OEM.

    In 2011, the total sales volume of women's trousers has reached 3 million, so in 2012, it will start to link up with the export enterprises at home and abroad, and the export volume will reach 150 thousand.

    ESEY has sold 200 thousand this year.

    If calculated at an annual rate of 5% increase, after 3 years of ~5 years, the export volume of the two enterprises can reach a million, thus driving Zhengzhou women's trousers out of the "two leg" development path.

    ESEY plans to achieve 10 million pairs of women's trousers in 2015, 60% of domestic sales and 40% of export sales.

    This brand has 4 million women's pants and 60 million dollars export volume, so that Zhengzhou women's trousers really go to the world.


    The two is to go out and set up factories.

    Qingdao red collar, Ningbo YOUNGOR, Quanzhou seven wolves and so on have already opened a shop case abroad.

    Zhengzhou women's trousers brand will one day be able to open a shop in Paris, France, which shows that we have a higher brand awareness and added value of products, which is the goal pursued by Zhengzhou women's trousers enterprises.


    The three is to achieve "five products and five references".

    That is to say, "accumulate management experience, improve management level, accumulate production experience, improve technology level, accumulate enterprise credit, improve credit level, accumulate marketing experience, raise the level of receiving orders, accumulate capital strength and raise wealth level."

    Export, foreign orders and foreign businessmen are our teachers. They are international standards.

    Only through continuous operation with foreign businessmen and actual operation can we truly realize "five products and five mentioning", which is also an important way of industrial upgrading.


    Carry out large-scale implementation of "35" project


    Reporter: how big is the gap between Zhengzhou clothing and the developed coastal areas? How to catch up? How do you do it on a large scale?


    Li Gang: in the past 30 years of reform and opening up, a large number of large enterprises, large groups and large industrial clusters have sprung up in coastal areas.

    Take the pants industry as an example, such as Guangdong's Chuangxing cowboy, nearly 10000 employees, 100 thousand pairs of trousers per month, more than 6000 employees of Hangzhou's Han and silk products, and about 15000000 women's garments (sets) each year. The annual output value of the enterprises of Shanshan, YOUNGOR, seven wolves, Bosideng, instant knitting, Shenzhou knitting and so on is over ten billion yuan; the industrial clusters of Xintang denim Town, Keqiao Light Textile City, Pu Yuan sweater town and Yanbu underwear town are the largest in the world.

    Looking at the Zhengzhou women's trousers, as of the end of 2011, there were no more than 500 million yuan output value enterprises, and more than 200 million yuan had only 35 output value, and there were no more than 10 enterprises.

    Although Zhengzhou's clothing industry is developing rapidly, it is far from being truly big.

    To build a famous Chinese city of women's trousers, we must first occupy the first place on the scale in China. There are women's trousers in Zhengzhou where there are people.


    Industry organizations and governments should do their best to help and strengthen the implementation of the "35" project, that is, 3 years ~5 years, so that Zhengzhou has 3~5 large annual production of tens of millions of women's pants group, 30~50 family annual production of 5 million women's pants big business, 300~500 million family pants business, 3000 ~5000 home 500 thousand production pants business.

    The production of women's trousers is 3 billion and the output value is 300 billion yuan.


    Make a big brand flag


    Reporter: how to make the brand of "Zhengzhou women's trousers" bigger?


    Li Gang: Bosideng made a down jacket into a "world famous brand", which led thousands of down enterprises in the Yangtze River Delta region, and gave birth to a famous Chinese clothing city, Changshu, making it the first in the top 100 counties of China's economy.

    Zhengzhou women's trousers have already begun to play the role of tree flag.

    Such brands as M·SUYA, ESEY and Ya Li have already been heard, but they are far from the national brands and global brands.

    The government, industry organizations and enterprises should form joint efforts, policy tilt and key support, so that these 3 enterprises can expand rapidly and guide the scale and brand development simultaneously.

    The government should give subsidies to the enterprises to invest in brand building every year. The more the investment, the more subsidies.

    The limited funds invested by the government should be used on tree flags, playing a role of "attracting the wind", making the brand bigger and bigger, so as to drive the whole industry to expand.


    Reporter: then how will the flag be planted and who will be the tree?


    Li Gang: the key to "tree flag to catch the wind" is tree flag. This is the responsibility and mission of the government and industry managers.

    Gao Dekang, chairman of Bosideng, is deputy to the National People's Congress and vice president of the China clothing association. Under his banner, dozens of national brands, hundreds of regional brands and thousands of down garments enterprises have emerged in Suzhou, such as Bosideng, Yalu, Qian Li Gang and snow Zhong Fei, supporting the half of Suzhou's economic development, especially in Changshou City.

    At present, the "flag" of Zhengzhou women's trousers has been initially established, and the popularity of M·SUYA, ESEY and Ya Li Da is increasing day by day.

    At present, thousands of small and medium-sized women's trousers enterprises in Zhengzhou follow closely and become the body of Zhengzhou's women's trousers industry.


    According to the "35" project planning, M·SUYA, ESEY and Ya Li Da should become the banner brand of thousands of women's trousers. Nalun, Gore Roth, New Silk Road and Xingyi Lu should be the 350 enterprises that produce 5 million pairs of trousers every year after 3~5. Diel, cuckoo, and sail should become the top three hundred 500 enterprises that produce 1 million pairs of trousers every year, so as to drive more enterprises to develop and achieve the total scale of China first, so that the title of "Chinese women's pants watching Zhengzhou" is worthy of the name.
