There are a lot of enterprises entering the real estate industry. How do you feel about this phenomenon as a personal experience and participants?
Luo Xia: after entering the real estate industry, we also find that in recent years, many famous enterprises such as Wuliangye, Diao, Changhong group and other industries have entered the real estate industry. There are a lot of other enterprises that we have considered. But as a personal experience, I think every industry and other enterprises need courage and wisdom in this pcendence and breakthroughs. At the same time, they need to have some forward-looking observation and understanding of the development of things.
In particular, when an enterprise has already made a deep contribution in other industries, it is necessary to set aside all achievements and return to zero and start from scratch in a new industry. That kind of drive is moving and respected.
Reporter: what do you think is the most difficult thing for other enterprises across the border to enter the real estate industry? What kind of consideration is the decision to rebuild the department store?
Luo Xia: but I personally feel that for other enterprises across the border, when they enter the real estate industry, the most difficult thing is to make up their minds. The most difficult thing is whether we should take the spirit of grandeur and determination and choose the right direction without hesitation.
Although the idea of demolishing and rebuilding the department store was put forward in 2000, the real implementation was 2008.
As a chicken laying eggs, it's hard to change for whom to rebuild.

Reporter: in other industries such as Wuliangye, Diao, Changhong, Langjiu and en Wei, the real estate sector is only one of the most important business segments. What kind of consideration do you think they are based on?
Luo Xia: for this problem, every enterprise that enters the real estate industry should have its own development plan and layout, but it should be said that there is a commonality, that is, they are optimistic about this industry and enter the industry, which will bring positive benefits to the future development of the whole enterprise.
This positive effect may be embodied in many aspects, such as functional perfection, business sector optimization and enterprise profit growth.
Reporter: we find that the department store has entered a more thorough, more pure and even less commercial sector than other industries that enter the real estate industry as well. As a result, when the real estate industry set up a company and launched a new brand, how did you think about this model when you conceived it?
Luo Xia: it is precisely because each enterprise's own situation is different, the value appeal is also different. For real estate development, the Department Store ultimately chose the cooperation of the Far East Group, which is also engaged in business, rather than other real estate companies. This is because the Far East department store has been established for more than 30 years. For the only listed chain corporation in the country, the cooperation between the commercial department store and the Far East Group is a strong combination. It will open up a new commercial and even commercial real estate development and operation mode.

Reporter: as a new industry of other industries, how do you think you can make professional standards and make the most professional real estate products?

Entering the real estate market is believed to be their deliberate and fully demonstrated and preparatory behavior.
If we are prepared, we can win the battle. Similarly, we are prepared to believe that we can also make high-quality real estate products.
