According to the different fabric varieties, 40 kinds of low temperature pretreatment processes, such as biological enzyme, cold pad batch degumming, 80 degree temperature stack bleaching, 65 enzyme thermoflustering, 80 HT temperature bleaching, etc., were developed, and a series of low temperature pretreatment processes containing cotton fabrics were realized. At the site promotion conference, Wang Limin, general manager of Huafang, introduced the core technology in detail. The project innovated the method of ligand synthesis of mimetic enzyme catalyst, and realized the efficient and low consumption synthesis of catalyst ligands.
