Yesterday, as a major project of the "11th Five-Year" science and technology development plan of Chengdu, "Chengdu footwear industry public technology platform construction" project was officially launched in Wuhou District "China Women's shoes capital brand base".

A total investment of 11 million 500 thousand yuan will provide a platform for the footwear industry to build equipment and resource sharing platform, so as to pform the footwear industry from "manufacturing" to "creating" in Chengdu.

Yesterday, city science and Technology Bureau official told reporters that the shoe industry platform project will take an open platform construction mode, and build two major sections of Chengdu footwear manufacturing R & D design center and information center.

It is learnt that the R & D center will invite international and domestic shoe manufacturing experts to form an industry think tank and form a "one to one" cooperation with local well-known footwear enterprises, and build a professional design center for shoe, shoe last, outsole and accessories with advanced technology such as CAD and CAM.

In addition, information center construction will first integrate the resources that can be shared in the footwear industry, provide information, such as business, design, manufacturing and other information for the industry, and build 5 systems, such as customer layer, agent storage, security maintenance, application service and data center. The footwear industry in our city will produce 40% of the product design, and will "throw the blueprint" and "dump account list" to achieve digital operation.

In addition, the business information of the global shoe industry can also be understood by the information platform without leaving home.

How to make use of it? Sharing equipment resources and borrowing experts, it is learnt that the platform will be invested by 3 million yuan in special funds of science and technology, 3 million yuan in Wuhou District government, and 5 million 500 thousand yuan in self financing by enterprises.

The biggest problem that restricts the footwear industry is the high investment in research and development, and the design and testing of shoes. The platform will set up a personalized footwear product design studio which integrates plane and multi-dimensional design to achieve 100 new designs, with a production rate of more than 30% and a new output value of about 100 million yuan.
