Not only that, a small food supplier supplying a large foreign supermarket chain also revealed that the sales volume of its 18 stores in the capital city was about 38 million yuan this year, but the supermarket demanded that its value-added tax invoices should be deducted 15% of the net profit, and the final display amount would be about 33 million yuan (no tax). Except for the normal payment in the contract, the remaining 4 million 600 thousand yuan will be paid for the bar code charge, the goods recharge, the purchase clerk fee and the terminal fee. "This supermarket is a typical representative of arbitrary charges." At the same time, the suppliers said that the proportion of barcode fees in the above supermarkets was nearly 50%, and it paid about 1 million 900 thousand yuan barcode fees this year. Sometimes, because the sales situation is not good or the relationship between the salesperson and the shop assistant is not handled well, the store intentionally does not put the merchandise on the shelves. Some suppliers said that some supermarkets had opened up their fees on the invoices up to "promotional service fees" to deceive the public, so that the details of manufacturers' fees could not be verified. Overwhelmed and unable to stop
Exorbitant taxes and levies have greatly reduced the profits of manufacturing enterprises. However, large retailers have control over the channel, and have to be forced to accept the goods or brands. It is widely believed that such documents will not be able to prevent retailers from charging fees for suppliers, because many irregularities can not be found at all. Many home appliance enterprises believe that self built channels can change the plight of being suppressed. Since last year, GREE, Midea, and Chi have set up many exclusive stores to get rid of the fetters of stores.
Yao Wenhua said that the "measures" issued by the state in 2006 has not been effectively implemented. The state has explicitly prohibited large retailers from violating the charges to suppliers. Once successfully implemented, they will have a positive effect on the contradiction between supply and demand. In fact, retail fees are actually pushing up prices in a disguised way. It is unfair for consumers to grow wool on sheep. Moreover, if the retail business has been operating in the way of charging fees, the collapse of enterprises will become an inevitable trend.
