    Consumer Complaints Hotspots In Tangshan 2011

    In December 27th, the City Consumers Association announced five hot areas and five hot issues of consumer complaints in 2011.


    The five hotspots of consumer complaints are: first, complaints in department stores are still the top priority, and clothing and shoes and hats are focused on complaints.

    4592 pieces were accepted, accounting for 45.34% of the total complaints this year. Among them, the most complaints were clothing shoes and hats, 2729 of which accounted for nearly 60% of complaints from department stores, and 26.95% of the total complaints in the year.

    The problem of clothing and footwear is that some low-grade clothing, footwear and so on often use low-grade raw materials, rough workmanship and poor quality. In addition, such goods "three packages" are not implemented, and after-sales service is poor.

    Two, household appliances complaints slightly declined, more after-sales service problems.

    There are 3201 complaints about the quality problems of household electronic and electrical appliances.

    31.61%, though slightly lower than last year, it still occupies the top.

    Complaints about communication products were 2100, accounting for 20.74% of the total complaints this year, especially in the fourth quarter.

    The problem is all concentrated on the product of mobile phones, and nearly 90% of the problems lie in the quality of products and services.

    Four, service complaints are on the rise, and the quality of service needs to be improved.

    A total of 1328 complaints were received from the service category, accounting for 13.11% of the total number of complaints received, representing an increase of 4.99% over last year.

    The most prominent ones are complaints about hairdressing, hairdressing, telecommunications and laundry. The main problem reflected in the complaint is the quality of service.

    Five, food complaints can not be underestimated, quality problems are particularly prominent.

    This year, 1022 complaints were received from food products, accounting for 10.09% of the total complaints in the year, including 80 complaints on health food products and 7.83% of food products complaints.

    In food product complaints, there are 792 quality problems, accounting for 77.50% of the complaints.


    The five hot issues of consumer complaints are: first, the issue of quality.

    From the analysis of the nature of the problems in consumer complaints throughout the year 2011, the issue of commodity quality is still a "hot spot" reflected by consumers, and is also a "difficult point" to solve.

    A total of 8089 complaints about quality were received throughout the year, accounting for nearly 79.88% of the total number of complaints this year, which is a veritable "big head".

    Among them, there are many complaints about quality problems in department stores, household electronics and electrical appliances, communication and food products.

    Two, it involves false questions.

    This year, there are 388 consumer complaints involving false accounts, accounting for 3.83% of the total complaints in the year.

    False, fake and shoddy, false promises and exaggerated advertisements.

    False will directly encroach on the security rights of consumers' personal or property.

    Three, the question of price.

    There are 331 complaints about price in the whole year, although it accounts for only 3.27% of the total complaints, but it is very sensitive to consumers.

    This is because the fluctuation of prices and service prices has become an important factor affecting people's livelihood. Bad businesses are not clearly priced on the price, followed by rising prices, and playing tricks blindly. They will directly affect the degree of "stimulating consumption" and hurt the national economy and people's livelihood.

    Four, the question of contract.

    There are 187 complaints about marketing contracts, accounting for 1.85% of the total complaints in the year.

    In fact, the proportion of less than two percentage points of complaints is quite incongruous with the reality of oral contracts, vague contracts, obscure contracts, contracts to avoid business risks and contracts of overlord clauses in the consumer market.

    This shows that consumers should not take the contract lightly.

    Five, the problem of measurement.

    There are 143 complaints about metrology, accounting for 1.41% of the total complaints in the year.

    In this year's measurement, 60% of the so-called "computer computing procedures" in telecommunications services are the top priority. The remaining 30% are food problems, such as small packaged food, condiments and beverages for liquid quantitative packaging, health products, and "average price" foods and eggs sold on sale.

    There are also some unconventional quantitative packaged foods, such as rice noodles, which are often marked with 49 Jin, or 425 or 350 milliliters of bags, small packages of food that indicate how much to buy and how much to buy. The purpose of these measuring tricks is to earn more money on consumers.
