The relevant person in charge told the author that in Quanzhou, the cost incurred by textile enterprises in researching and developing new products, new technologies and new technologies will enjoy preferential tax policies according to the relevant regulations of the state.

For enterprise R & D projects incorporating national and provincial science and technology plans, the same level of Finance shall be allocated 20% and 10% of the total funds respectively, and support for the identified national, provincial and municipal engineering and technology research centers, enterprise technology centers and industry technology development centers, and priority shall be given to the establishment of science and technology projects, and the support amount of 1 million yuan, 500 thousand yuan, and 100 thousand yuan shall be given at once.

The enterprises that are included in the support plan for science and technology funding, and those who establish technical support relations with national key universities or national level research institutes and carry out specific research and development projects, shall support 150 thousand yuan -20 yuan at the same level, and enterprises with technical support relations with universities, provincial key laboratories and provincial research institutes, and enterprises that implement specific research and development projects, with financial support of 50 thousand yuan ~10 million yuan at the same level.
