In early July, Chen Bosheng, a printing company of Cangnan County, received the company's promotional brochures and samples of "high polymer silk resistant film" sent by Guangyuan's self proclaimed "Fei Ya new material Co., Ltd." in Sichuan Province, and set Chen's company as the general agent.

In July 10th, Chen received another call from manager Li calling himself "Fei Ya new material Co., Ltd.", asking whether he received the company and product information, and indicated that he had any supply at any time.

Two or three days later, Mr. Chen received a phone call from Li Feng, director of the Logistics Department of the Chinese people's Liberation Army, who claimed that when he was on a business trip to Zhejiang some time ago, he could see from the advertisement that Chen's sales agent was selling "high polymer silk resistant film", and now the army was buying this thing in large quantities.

A few days later, "Li Feng" called Chen boss to say that he was very satisfied with the sample and asked to buy twenty thousand meters "polymer film."

Coincidentally, Mr. Feng, a Cangnan man, was also deceived by 210 thousand yuan by similar means.
