"Yangxin Shoemaker" Wenzhou Dominating

It is rare for a county's labor and Employment Bureau to set up offices in a coastal city.

Yang Xinxian County employment and Employment Bureau has set up an office in Wenzhou because Wenzhou has 80 thousand "Yangxin shoemaker".

Wenzhou has the reputation of the Chinese shoe capital. The existing shoe factories in the city have about 4000 households. Only 10% of the total number of migrant workers engaged in shoe making industry in Xinxian County is about the total number of employees in the shoe making industry.

At present, the "shoemaker in Yangxin" in Wenzhou can be roughly divided into three levels: bosses, executives and wage earners.

About 1000 people from small and medium-sized business owners, of whom 100 are shoe factory owners with an annual output of one million pairs of finished shoes.

The largest one is Chen Xufeng's Yulong shoes group and Shen Bo foreign trade import and export company. The group has 4 production lines, employs 600 people, has an annual output value of 50 million yuan, and its products are exported to 40 countries and regions such as Eastern Europe and Western Europe.

Yangxin is the assistant general manager and department manager of Wenzhou's shoe factories. There are thousands of senior management personnel. There are tens of thousands of technical cadres or quality inspectors and designers. The financial director of Jill Da, the manager of dewar and the manager of Jingu shoes are all "Yangxin shoemaker".

To work, to accumulate and to start business is the trilogy of Yangxin shoemaker's pioneering work.

About 60% of the "Yangxin shoemaker" workers who work in Wenzhou work in workshops, and about 40% of them work in well-known shoe factories.

After 3 to 5 years of accumulation, some of the best come to the fore and embark on the road of independent entrepreneurship.

The Wenzhou Office of the Yangxin employment and employment administration office rents office space in the Lucheng District Employment Center. Now the office has established long-term labor cooperation relationship with nearly 500 enterprises in Wenzhou, and there are more than one thousand short-term and temporary cooperation units.
