Last year, the park sold zero land, but the park took measures to take advantage of the advantages of various platforms, constantly changing business ideas, innovative ways of investment, and guide enterprises to make intensive use of land.

According to statistics, as of last November, the park's technical pformation investment still reached 1 billion 153 million yuan, an increase of 9% over the same period last year.

Last year, a total of 87 industrial upgrading projects were declared, all of which were "zero incremental" technological pformation projects, with a total investment of 1 billion 148 million yuan.

The main projects are mainly imported warp knitting machines, rapier and double axes, including 151 HKS warp knitting machines, 116 rapier looms and 8 double warp knitting machines.

On the one hand, the park guides enterprises to use the stock land to build new investment projects.

For example, the East Yan printing and dyeing, Hongfa knitting and other enterprises all use the stock land to build a standard factory building for technical pformation, invest in new equipment and upgrade products.

On the other hand, the park uses the way of "cage changing birds" to rent vacant factories to improve economic efficiency.

Some enterprises in the park have closed down due to various reasons such as efficiency. Through the positive guidance and efforts of the park, we have finally introduced over 9 enterprises such as Sufu zipper, Tian Yue warp knitting, Hongzhou textile, Chutian warp knitting, grain and silver warp knitting, Jinhui warp knitting, Heng Hua cloth and so on, which has promoted the sustained and healthy development of the economy.

In addition, the park also encourages enterprises to use spare standard workshop for rent.

For example, Kamari costumes are used by the company to rent the spare standard workshop for cypress warp knitting; Yu clothing is leased to the Paulie textile company by the spare standard workshop; the Wanda warp knitted to Bao Rui textile, Jinmao warp knitting and so on, is used to introduce rapier loom and high-speed warp knitting machine, and achieves the double harvest of economic and social benefits.

After seeing the achievements last year, the park has also completed a blueprint for 2012.

This year, the park will intensify its efforts to introduce and develop warp knitting and related advantageous enterprises, enhance policy support, and appropriately introduce leading industries, especially well-known enterprises.

In attracting foreign investment, more attention should be paid to the introduction of foreign capital and outside financing projects.

The park will further enhance its level of attracting foreign investment, from the simple pursuit of quantity and scale to the pursuit of quality and efficiency in the past, especially in special industrial textiles and other projects.

In 2012, the park will speed up the construction of the business innovation center, hotels and talent apartments, and intensify the project introduction in the business district of the headquarters, so as to form a complete set of projects.
