Many enterprises will transform the second-hand woollen equipment purchased from abroad to produce high quality wool yarn. It is also a way to transform existing equipment to meet production needs. Many of the equipment of semi worsted enterprises evolved from cotton spinning equipment. Through transformation and carding equipment, products with leisure style were produced. Semi worsted technology has become an original technology with independent intellectual property rights in China. Another way is to let small businesses and textile machinery enterprises and research institutes alliance, at present, this is the most effective way.


    The ramie industry development technology innovation strategic alliance, established in 2009, is jointly organized by eight institutions, namely Wuhan Textile University, Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences Institute of hemp, Hunan Huasheng Group, Huazhong Agricultural University, Donghua University, Ministry of agriculture, Nanjing Agricultural Mechanization Research Institute, PLA General Logistics Equipment Research Institute, Hubei NEW agriculture and ecological Hemp Industry Co., Ltd.


    "Ramie industry development key technology and equipment research" is undertaken by the national "ramie industry technology innovation strategy alliance". The project includes the following six topics: "high quality, high yield and multi resistance special Ramie Breeding and high-efficiency and light weight cultivation technology research", "ramie harvesting technology and equipment", "Research on the technology and equipment of peeling, flamming and flamming and water washing," "ramie physical and biological joint degumming and waste resource utilization research", "ramie textile dyeing and finishing processing technology research" and "ramie cleaner production technology integration and demonstration". Some experts have evaluated that if ramie industry can develop breakthroughs in key technology and equipment research, China's ramie industry will be able to upgrade its equipment, and the development of ramie industry will take a big step forward.


    At the same time, this mode has also complied with the needs of the market, and has been encouraged by national policies. At the end of 2011, the key technology and equipment research project of ramie industry was supported by the national major science and technology special support program, and the state supported the technology support fund to 16 million 430 thousand yuan.


    The establishment of technological innovation alliance is also in line with the requirements of the "12th Five-Year" development plan of the textile industry. The textile industry "12th Five-Year" development plan put forward to accelerate the establishment of a scientific and technological innovation mechanism for textile industry, which is market-oriented, enterprises as the main body, scientific research institutes and universities as the support, and industry, University, research and application closely integrated. We will strengthen the construction of state-level engineering research centers and key laboratories in the textile industry, and carry out basic, forward-looking and strategic scientific research. We should explore a new mode of production, study and research with the characteristics of the textile industry, encourage enterprises and research institutes and universities to build laboratories together, and promote the establishment of the textile industry technology alliance in key areas of high-tech fiber, finishing and dyeing and finishing, development and utilization of environmentally friendly dyeing and finishing agents, high performance industrial textiles, fiber recycling, energy saving and environmental protection.


    Although there may be friction in the practice of alliance, it is necessary for the parties to make a lot of efforts to negotiate the investment negotiations. The final form of the distribution of the achievements of the alliance is worth exploring. But it is undeniable that the alliance is of great significance for upgrading the equipment in the small industry. The alliance provides a platform for small businesses. On such a platform, a win-win situation is rapidly formed: the research achievements of the research institutes have been industrialized, and the textile machinery enterprises have found their customers, and the equipment of small industries has been upgraded. The alliance has rationally allocated the resources of institutions, textile enterprises and textile machinery enterprises, so that the advantages of the three parties have been brought into full play, and the alliance has achieved seamless connection between production, learning and research, which is an ideal mode for upgrading equipment in small industries.
