Only with scientific criteria can we achieve meticulous management.

1., develop scientific management documents.

All the staff in the lab conscientiously study and implement the documents and relevant conference spirit of the "Interim Measures for quality inspection of cotton quality inspection instruments, notarization and inspection work" and relevant conference spirit before the inspection begins, and carry out the internal self-examination and self correction work combined with the specific working conditions of the laboratories in recent years, and confirm the responsibilities and working procedures of each link, and formulate forty-five documents, such as the laboratory quality assessment method, and compile a set of management system documents.

2. establish standard hardware and software environment.

In July, the air conditioning and air duct of the HVI inspection room and the balance room were comprehensively reformed and checked in mid August. At the same time, the equipment maintenance agreement was signed with the air conditioning maintenance company to ensure that the temperature and humidity can meet the work requirements during the whole year's inspection.

In mid August, both sides of the laboratory equipment maintenance personnel carried out large maintenance and acceptance of the thirteen HVI equipment.

The information system staff upgraded servers, computers and other hardware, and carried out simulation tests in terms of temperature and humidity control, data acquisition and distribution.

The laboratory purchased more than 20 sets of standard substance such as grade, color level physical standard and HVI calibrated cotton sample before opening inspection, which can ensure one million samples.

The person in charge of HVI inspection will balance the standard cotton sample in the standard condition for 48 hours before opening the inspection and carry out twenty tests on each HVI device. The standard cotton sample management plan has been drawn up and the standard cotton sample usage regulation has been perfected.

These work is the premise that the laboratory can normally open inspection, and is also the basic requirement to ensure the quality of work.

3., strict post assessment system to enhance the overall quality of personnel.

The laboratory signed a cooperation agreement with Career Technical College in Shihezi at the beginning of this year. The Institute will use the Shihezi laboratory as a training base to pport a large number of interns to the lab during the annual inspection period, that is, to ensure the quality of the students' internship, and also to improve the comprehensive quality of the laboratory staff.

The staff of each post are certified by the Bureau and the Xinjiang district board. They are certified to be certified. They will conduct professional learning and simulation exercises within one month before the opening of inspection, so as to ensure that they can immediately adapt to their posts and do well in the inspection work after opening inspection.

4, establish a standardized management system and establish a scientific and effective work goal.

According to the work experience and management experience of various posts in the previous two years, we should adjust some key post personnel, optimize the staffing of each post, formulate a scientific and effective performance appraisal system, and establish a standardized management system.
