Results Of State Supervision And Spot Checks On Quality Of Casual Wear Products In The First Quarter Of 2012
In the first quarter of 2012, the AQSIQ was planned according to the plan.
Casual Wear
The products were inspected by the state, and a total of 300 products produced by 300 enterprises in 12 provinces and cities were inspected. According to the requirements of the national standard for textile products basic safety technical specifications GB 18401-2003 and the express quality indicators of products, 10 items including formaldehyde content, decomposable aromatic amine dye, fiber content, pH value and color fastness were tested.
After inspection, 266 products meet the standards, and 34 kinds of products are unqualified.

The content of fiber is not consistent, and the color fastness is not up to standard. In the spot checks, 2 kinds of products contain prohibited azo dyes, and the formaldehyde content of the 1 products exceeds the standard.
According to the results of this sampling inspection, the AQSIQ has instructed the relevant provinces and cities.
Technical Supervision Department
In accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations, the production enterprises that have checked the unqualified products are disposed of.
In the next step, the quality inspection department will further carry out quality supervision over auto parts in accordance with the law, Intensify Investigation and treatment of unqualified product manufacturers, urge enterprises to implement the main responsibility and promote the improvement of the overall quality of products.
