    32*16*300/1000=153.60kwh is 153.60 kilowatt hour. The annual electricity charge is 153.60 yuan.


    Workshop annual electricity charge is 153.60*500=76800 (yuan / year).


    After the transformation, the workshop only saves electricity directly.


    192000 - 76800=115200 (yuan / year)


    The electricity saving rate is 100%-153.60/384=100%-40%=60%


    Reduce the number of standard coal used for generating electricity:


    115200 degrees electricity * 0.414 kilograms of coal = 47692.80 kilograms of standard coal


    Reduce the number of carbon dioxide emissions:


    115200 degrees electricity * 0.785 kilograms of carbon dioxide = 90432 kilograms of carbon dioxide


    According to the regulations of the national and local development and Reform Commission on energy conservation and environmental protection, we can apply for the national energy conservation and emission reduction incentive subsidy at least for:


    The national subsidy is 420 yuan * 47.69 tons = 20029.80 yuan.


    Local government subsidies can be applied to local development and Reform Commission.


    At the same time, LED lamp quality warranty period of three years, that is, three years free maintenance. In the past three years, the original fluorescent lamp needs to be replaced at least two times (lamp 10 yuan / Branch) to replace the ballast once (40/ yuan) (40*2) + (2*10*2) =120 yuan; 120/3=40 (yuan / year) that is: the cost of saving and replacing each lamp is 40 yuan per year;

    Party B is responsible for completing the project design and financing, and providing technical guidance for lighting power saving renovation projects.


    Party A is responsible for providing basic information, using lighting system, achieving electricity saving benefits, and paying party B benefit sharing. According to this agreement, both sides share the energy-saving benefits of this cooperation until the expiration of the contract.


    Three. Duration of cooperation


    1, the term of cooperation for each phase of energy saving transformation will be three years.


    2, from the date of acceptance of the project to the full three years, each phase of energy saving transformation will share the starting and ending period of electricity saving benefits for both parties. At the end of the term of cooperation, the current cooperation shall be terminated automatically.

    3. the measured power saving data are confirmed by both sides, which is the basis for calculating the electricity saving benefits.
