UV膠印熱轉印技術研發成功 日前，伊藤油墨涂料化工技研有限公司向全球首先最新推出UV膠印熱轉印油墨產品： 該油墨通過膠印印刷工藝印刷在涂有離型劑的轉印膜上或轉印紙上，經UV照射后瞬間硬化可立即做后加工處理，無粘背問題，高耐折性：在轉移基材印刷具有優良耐折性；印刷適性：寬廣印刷給水幅度及機上安全性；特點：綜合了UV體系優點，2-5秒快速干燥，耐磨性優越，干擦10級，濕擦10級，無溶濟，環保；顏色艷麗，對于印刷物能得到良好的轉移性及展色性、色濃度高，綜合了膠印印刷工藝優勢，可以印刷高線數圖案，印刷速度快，減少工序及人工，印刷成品率高，多色套印非常準，大大提高了生產效率;節省了生產場地；結合了熱轉印粘接特性。
It can completely replace the present printing technology of glue and printing ink.
The printing patterns can be pferred to nylon, cotton, cotton, TC cloth and other kinds of substrates such as PU leather, PVC, EVA, rubber, wood and so on. For example, clothing, bags, leather, shoes, rain gear, trademarks, cloth and other products are processed through the offset printing process, UV curing, and then through the heat pfer process to get the high precision pattern, no solution, environmental protection, high efficiency and washable products.
