Green Upgrading Of Synthetic Leather Industry In China

After decades of development, especially in recent years, China's microfiber synthetic leather industry has become the largest producer of microfiber synthetic leather in the world.

Green synthetic leather industrial park rapid increment

In November 10th, Xiaoxian's "green synthetic leather industrial park", including 15 bags and other supporting enterprises, started construction, marking the county's largest green synthetic leather base.

Xiaoxian's "green synthetic leather industrial park" is located in the open area of the county, with excellent location.

Last year, 12 synthetic leather enterprises such as Wenzhou Ming Deli synthetic leather Co., Ltd. were inspecting the group, and signed an agreement with the county for a total investment of 3 billion yuan to build the largest green synthetic leather industrial park in our province, and planned to build 140 synthetic leather production lines in the park.

The project was launched in November last year and has now been put into trial production.

After the completion of the project, the annual production capacity of high-grade synthetic leather can reach more than 2.3 billion meters, with sales revenue of 7 billion yuan.

This year, the Lishui municipal government approved the implementation of the Lishui clean air action plan.

A number of pilot projects for the treatment of key air pollution sources have been completed, and iron and steel smelting enterprises have fully implemented a new round of waste gas treatment facilities pformation, and formulated a scheme for the treatment of organic waste gas pollution in the dry cleaning industry; and the construction of Hangzhou thermal power project in Lishui economic development zone.

To promote the deep management of pollution in the synthetic leather industry of Lishui Economic Development Zone, and vigorously carry out technological R & D and policy guidance for the application and popularization of waterborne resins.

In March this year, the first batch of two water-based synthetic leather production lines were formally put into operation. The pilot project for the treatment of two methylamine organic waste gas and the pformation of DMF gas recovery tower of 17 enterprises have been completed, and the odor treatment of ammonia nitrogen and sewage treatment facilities in synthetic leather wastewater has been carried out.

Establishing Resource Recommendation economic structure adjustment

The energy saving and emission reduction of special equipment is a major policy decision concerning the sustainable development of the economy and society, the establishment of a resource conserving society, the adjustment of the economic structure and the change of the mode of national economic growth.

In order to improve the supervision of energy saving and emission reduction for special equipment, promote the energy saving pformation of the existing boiler operation system and improve the operation efficiency of the boiler, the Qingtian county quality and Technical Supervision Bureau jointly with the Lishui special equipment inspection institute to carry out the boiler test on the site of the boiler unit in the area free of charge.

At present, energy efficiency tests have been carried out on 8 boilers of 5 enterprises such as Yatai tanning Co., Ltd. and Zhejiang United Overseas synthetic leather Co., Ltd., to help enterprises find out the main factors that cause energy loss of boilers, put forward suggestions for energy saving renovation, and raise the efficiency of boiler operation, which has been well received by enterprises.

Synthetic leather and synthetic leather are the main export earning industries in China. Their geographical distribution is concentrated in the Yangtze River Delta, the Pearl River Delta and the coastal large and medium-sized cities.

Among them, the output of Zhejiang Wenzhou accounts for about half of the country.

Ultrafine fiber materials and waterborne polyurethane synthetic leather materials (waterborne resins and water-based colorants) are accelerating industrialization. The application of solvent free high solid content polyurethane resin in synthetic leather is increasing.

In Wenzhou, there are 122 family leather making leather enterprises, with 442 production lines.

According to statistics, artificial leather synthetic leather enterprises in Wenzhou accounted for 38.8% of the total number of domestic production enterprises, and the number of production lines accounted for about 47%.

Many enterprises continue to have new production lines put into operation, and the capacity of the industry is expanding continuously, and will continue to develop rapidly in the future.

Microfiber production will become a new investment hot spot for Wenzhou enterprises. However, the production investment of microfiber artificial leather is large, the process flow is complex, and the shortage of technicians is the bottleneck of development.

The artificial leather factories in Wenzhou area have been pferred to Lishui, Jiangsu, Taicang and other areas due to land constraints, but the pfer speed is slow due to the macroeconomic regulation and control of Zhejiang and other countries.
