    Just like no one is willing to ignore Shaoxing's status in the Chinese textile industry, the China international fashion design competition, which was created by three parties, the fashion authority, the China Fashion Designers Association, the authoritative media of the industry, the China Textile newspaper and the local government, the Shaoxing County People's government, has never been away from sight before it was born.


    In March 30th, when the launching ceremony of the 2012 China International Fashion Design Competition and the 2012 China Keqiao International Textile Expo press conference were held at the Beijing Hotel, the event was released as the four consecutive year's landing on China International Fashion week. This event will be the first creative climax this year.


       The tide of internationalization is sweeping.

    As a competition to promote the development of the creative industry, the main organizers of the China international fashion design competition have fine tuned the name of this year's event from the original "occupation" to the "international". However, the adjustment of the two words is a reflection of the internationalization of China's textile and garment industry. It also expresses the aspiration of Chinese fashion and creative power to control the international fashion and popular discourse.


       Designers seek value space

Having experienced the ups and down of the market and the fluctuation of the international economic situation, many CEOs of Keqiao textile enterprises have begun to be satisfied with the current situation of the enterprises, and begin to explore and explore the two ends of the industry continuously.


    "Keqiao is the capital of textile industry. There are quite a lot of similar products in the market, and the price is very transparent." Not satisfied with staying at the initial stage of selling cloth, the merchants began to turn their eyes to the new field of higher profit and wider prospects.


    Against this background, Shaoxing County launched the construction of creative industry base in August 2008. The base is composed of three districts, namely, Shaoxing creative building, Ke Chuang building and F5 creative garden, with a total area of 10 square meters. At the very beginning of its foundation, many creative enterprises and studios were attracted to form the center of textile and garment design, fabric design, pattern design and textile software development. It is reported that the Shaoxing county Party committee and the county government also plan to build a creative park with a total investment of 1 billion yuan and a building area of 312 thousand square meters in the north of kbei. A science and technology park with a total investment of 300 million yuan and a building area of 80 thousand square meters will be built on the original foundation of the science and technology building, providing the basic guarantee for the redevelopment of the creative industry, and truly starting the industrial brand of "creative Keqiao".


    At the same time, as a national prefix exhibition based on Keqiao, the Preparatory Committee of the China Keqiao Textile Expo also specially designated the "creative exhibition area" in 2011, concentrating the booth of textile creative companies to form agglomeration effect, so that more and more creative organizations will become one of the participants in the exhibition. For the three consecutive year, the final of the China international fashion creative design competition held in the same period of the Keqiao Textile Expo held the latest trend of fashion creativity and continuous indoctrination of creative ideas.


    In Keqiao, the fertile land of creative fashion communication has been formed. In spring, the China international fashion design competition, which is rooted in this industry, will germinate and grow.
