    Su Dingrui, a native of Taizhou, Zhejiang, was the same as most young people in the region. In 1987, he was only 21 years old. He came out from the countryside to look for something to do. His first job was to sell pressure cooker accessories to his old factory. Su Dingrui and his companion brought samples to the department stores in Wuhan, Chongqing, Chengdu and other places, and let the factory produce after receiving orders.


    The first time I went out for more than 2 months, with more than 200 yuan, when I got to the last stop in Chengdu, I ran out of money. "When I was staying with my hotel, I was a northeastern person. I couldn't say clearly that the other party invited me to dinner and gave me a 20 yuan fare." Su Dingrui recalled that this was his most difficult experience.


    Borrowing money to run factories almost closures


    Back to Zhejiang, Su Ding made some commission on his orders.


    In 1988, many private enterprises had emerged in Jiangsu and Zhejiang provinces. Su Dingrui, who was originally a poor family, sprouted the idea of opening a factory.     Take out commission income, borrow ten thousand or twenty thousand yuan from neighbors, and set up a factory for producing pressure cooker accessories. When the boss was in his first year, Su Dingrui lost thousands of dollars. He said: "at the worst time, the wages of workers can not afford to start, and factories have to shut down for several months."


    "Not only consider the order, but also consider the management of workers." Su Dingrui said that the shopping malls were state-run enterprises. They only rest assured of the products produced by state-run enterprises, and do not trust the township enterprises with only a few workers. At the same time, most places do not need pressure cookers, so it is very difficult for Su Ding to win the order.


    Su Dingrui had to persuade the store one by one to bring home candy to visit the customers. "At that time, it was easy to be accepted by young people after making a single business."     What force brought the young Su Ding to come over? He said he liked to read biographies of famous people in his spare time. He did not know where to see it. He needed confidence and perseverance in his success. He always reminded himself of this. Su Dingrui introduced that the factory gradually expanded, and ten years later, it has accumulated several million yuan.


    In 1992, Su Dingrui was stationed in Chongqing because of his business relationship. "At that time, we supplied parts to pressure cookers in Shandong, and helped them sell pressure cookers in Chongqing." Su Dingrui said, "we went to a friend's home in Chongqing for dinner, and the other side was very generous and enthusiastic, so that we were very infected."


    Facing the elimination of changing careers to make clothes


    In 1997, he simply moved his account to Chongqing. At this time, with the development of economy, the pressure cooker has been popularized throughout the country, and even faced with being eliminated, Su Dingrui began to think about changing careers.

    But at that time Su Dingrui did not understand the clothing industry, and knew the brands of Montagut and Goldlion.     At that time, there was nothing in China. Clothing brand The public's brand awareness is not strong. Investment is very difficult, Su Dingrui had to visit one family. After opening the market, Su Dingrui began to consider introducing more foreign brands. He said: "in the most prosperous period, most of the facade of the metropolitan mall is our agents, all foreign brands."


    Not willing to create a brand of "babysitter"


    Although the agency clothing is very successful, Su Dingrui's pride is his own brand. He introduced that his own brand was designed in the Hongkong design studio, Guangzhou produced, sold to Chongqing, Chengdu, Changsha and other places, and sold more than 200 million yuan a year.


    Why do you want to be a private brand? Su said that the most important thing is not profit, but acting brand is like a babysitter.


    Su Dingrui also said that it was quite different from the situation that people wanted to be represented at that time. Now it is Sweden, Britain and other garment enterprises that come to seek cooperation. "A Swedish company wants to join us in building a company.
