At the beginning of his career, TAM and his team, who knew almost nothing about the clothing industry, were not easy to get started quickly.

At the beginning of the venture, Tan Zhongyi recruited part-time agents in many universities, but most of these agents were unprofessional, and they would not solve the problem wholeheartedly, and they were far from professionalism and sense of responsibility.

Tan Zhongyi took the operation of Sai Fu team of Zhengzhou University as an example. At the same time, there are also great risks in customizing clothes, so it is very important to provide quality service for customers.
A set of clothes may be modified because customers are not satisfied with it. "Customizing services often lose money if they meet a fussy customer."
The clothes bought by the SIFE team of Zhengzhou University were bought from the market, which made Tan Zhongyi very worried about the quality of clothes. He suggested that entrepreneurs should find reliable sources of goods and ensure their products supply chain. "There are two channels: one is to develop itself, but the cost is very large; the other is to find a garment company to help them enter the local market."
Xu Can, general manager of the royal clothing company, whose core is clothing rental and customizing business, also believes that there is a need to invest more in the field of formal leasing. He believes that the formal dress is to pay attention to taste. Job hunting is a very important moment for college students. Their requirements for taste and grade are generally not low. Entrepreneurs need to invest more in order to satisfy their customers' needs.
Xu Can's proposal is to find a suitable supply channel, which sells for five hundred or six hundred yuan.

Xu Can stressed that the first thing to ensure that clothing rentals are hygiene. When clothes are sent back, they must be cleaned. "After washing, they must be ironed, dried and stored. For college students, formal rental is still an emerging market. If it does not develop rapidly, it will easily be copied and squeezed by the latecomers. Based on this understanding, Tan Zhongyi led the "Zhongyi Si" to become a dominant company in the Beijing market.
