Wang Tiankai: How To Integrate Industrial Pfer And Upgrading

On May 15th ~16, the 2012 national textile industry pfer conference was held in Chongqing.

Zhu Hongren pointed out that in the process of industrial pfer, the eastern region should realize industrial upgrading and develop high-end textile and garment manufacturing industries; the central and western regions should combine with the cultivation of advantageous industries, focus on the development of characteristic industries, promote the centralized layout of the undertaking industries, and pay attention to the carrying capacity of resources.

Wang Tiankai pointed out in his speech that the pfer of China's textile industry has achieved initial success, while the textile industry has shifted from the eastern coastal areas to the central and western regions, while the proportion of the textile industry in the central and western regions has been rapidly improved.

In 2011, the output value of textile industry above Designated Size in the central and western regions reached 19.7%, which was 4.2 percentage points higher than that in 2009.

Five of the central provinces accounted for 13.9%, an increase of 3.4 percentage points over 2009.

In order to cope with the contradiction between the rapid rise of labor costs and the shortage of textile resources, cotton textile and clothing industry has become a priority and key pfer industry. The proportion of pfer projects has reached over 70%.

In 2011, the total industrial output value of garment manufacturing industry in the central and western regions reached 18.5%, 6.9 percentage points higher than that in 2009.

In 2009~2011, the output value of garment manufacturing increased more than 8 times, namely, Jiangxi, Hubei, Henan, Liaoning, Anhui, Hunan, Sichuan and Hebei.

In recent years, the number of cotton textiles pferred to the central and western regions has exceeded 6 million spindles. In 2011, the proportion of yarn and cloth production in the central and western regions accounted for 39% and 24.2% respectively, which was 5.3 and 3.5 percentage points higher than that in 2009.

Industrial pfer has promoted the continuous adjustment and coordinated development of the eastern, central and western regions.

At the meeting, Wang Tiankai stressed that the whole industry is also facing challenges such as twists and turns in the world economy, rising domestic factor costs, demographic changes, and increasing resources and environmental constraints. The industry must take the initiative to speed up structural adjustment and accelerate pformation and upgrading.

The "12th Five-Year development plan" of textile industry and the outline of building a strong textile nation put forward the general requirement for the development of 5~10 in the future.

Sun Weiting, chairman of Huafu color spinning Limited by Share Ltd, and Qiu Yafu, chairman of Ruyi group, Shandong, suggested that the national textile industry pfer arbitration committee should be established as soon as possible in order to facilitate the pfer of the textile industry.

According to the vice president of Hengli Group, Mr Lai Jian Sheng believes that industrial pfer should be more market behavior. The role of government in industrial pfer should be laid on planning, preferential policies and services.
