The Municipal Finance Bureau said that during the "12th Five-Year" period, Chongqing will set up a special fund of 50 million yuan for the development of textile and clothing industry every year, mainly for supporting structural adjustment, industrial upgrading, technological innovation, brand building, market development and personnel training. At the same time, we should ensure financial support for attracting investment, industrial planning, public services and platform construction of key textile and garment projects at the municipal level.

In terms of land use, priority will be given to the land for key textile and garment construction projects, and preferential policies will be provided for the textile and garment industrial parks which are listed as key projects at the municipal level. At the same time, our city will also encourage all kinds of financial institutions to provide financing guarantee services for small and medium-sized textile and garment enterprises, and support textile and garment enterprises to list and raise funds both inside and outside the country.

In addition, Chongqing will also support the establishment of the national textile and garment quality inspection center and the Municipal Textile and garment products quality inspection and technical support base locally, and encourage the establishment of the textile and garment industry strategy research center, the textile and garment information service center and other agencies and provide corresponding services.
