The workers explained that they only produced at night. The more than 900 pairs of leather shoes on the shelf were produced in a week. If the shoes were sent for another hour, they would be sent to the wholesale market of leather shoes in Guangzhou.

According to people familiar with the matter, the boss surnamed Zhong and bell boss worked in Weihua seven or eight years ago. After the resignation, he learned to use the technology of shoemaking to build a factory in a village, but he never had a business license, and he worked for at least three years in 118.

In a factory near the memorial hall of Shen Tang Village, 7 workers are producing. The boss told the law enforcement officers that the "PPLKCTTLE" brand they produced was registered by themselves.

However, when the law enforcement officer examined the trademark registration certificate, he found that the application date of the certificate was February 13, 2011, but the date of approval of registration was actually February 7, 2011, which was 6 days ahead of the date of application, and the national emblem on the certificate was blurred.

Law enforcement officers suspected that the certificate was false and hundreds of leather shoes were seized.

It is understood that the boss has worked in Weihua for 5 years, and more than ten employees here are from Wei Hua.

A total of 6 fake establishments were found in the operation. It is surprising that the 6 spouses of the fake boss or boss had worked in Weihua.

Well known brands are easy to be counterfeited, but Weihua is fake. There are a lot of fake Weihua brands, which happen in several villages around Weihua. According to people familiar with the matter, Wei Hua came to Tanzhou to build a factory in 1995. Over the past 20 years, tens of thousands of migrant workers have been engaged in shoe making at Weihua.

Among them, some employees who have mastered technology and have accumulated savings have to open their factories independently after leaving Weihua.

These people privately call Wei Hua "Huang Xun military academy", they all set up factories around Wei Hua, all of them are counterfeiting Weihua brand.

The owners of the fake houses bought cars and gathered around Weihua's small shoe factories or dens. Most of them were concentrated in Lian Yi, Zhong Tang and other places. The old houses were basically rented out, and all the manufacturers did not hang up the brand.

When the law enforcement officers interviewed secretly, they learned that the monthly rent of these houses ranged from 10 yuan to 20 yuan / square meter, with three floors of 200 square meters of houses, with a monthly rent of about 3000 yuan.

The number of people in each counterfeit factory or dens varies from 3~5 small persons to 10~20 people with large dens. 10 people are calculated to produce 8 pairs of fake shoes every day for 8 hours.

The biggest difference between fake leather shoes and genuine products is leather, genuine leather is 80~100 yuan / foot, and fake leather is only 10~20 yuan.

The cost of each pair of fake leather shoes is around 70 yuan, and the wholesale price is 100 yuan. So, the illegal income of the fake boss is about 3000 yuan per day, which is calculated in the four month of the peak season only, and the illegal income is more than 300 thousand yuan a year.

The insider said that after coming out of Weihua, there were many people who made wigs, and all of them bought and sold cars. Some people had already bought tens of millions of people. Some people bought several apartments in Zhongshan.

The main force of counterfeiting in Yunyang, Chongqing

In this operation, 6 fake bosses are all in Yunyang County of Chongqing.

It is understood that workers in Yunyang, Chongqing, gathered in Tanzhou and began to build factories in Weihua. Over the past 20 years, Yunyang has been a number of large enterprises such as Weihua.

The main labor export area, the insider said, nearly 9 of the counterfeiting bosses in the surrounding villages of Wei Hua are Yunyang people. Most of their workers are also Yunyang people. This fake Gang formed by their relatives and relatives can better guard against the secret of fraud. At the same time, once the law enforcement action is discovered, they can inform each other. This is also one of the reasons why the counterfeiting gang has been growing steadily and has been free from heavy losses for a long time.

"The imperial family" is very helpless, very hurt so many fraudulent elements are around the fake Weihua brand, as a regular manufacturer, is it unclear or is there something else? For this reason, the Provincial Quality Supervision Bureau dispatched law enforcement personnel to visit Wei Hua.

Mr Ma told the law enforcement officers that they knew there were many counterfeit factories or dens, and some even began to fake Weihua brand more than 10 years ago.

Wei Hua has repeatedly communicated with the Tanzhou government, but after the government's anti-counterfeiting operation, the counterfeiters will start another place.

"As a regular enterprise, we are very helpless, but also very sad."

When it comes to piracy, Mr Ma admits that in the past, employees had been betrayed for technical secrets after being bought. Now, though internal controls have been strengthened, it is still possible to divulge classified information if U disk or other means are used.

"Counterfeiting has seriously affected Wei Hua's talent problem," Mr. Ma said. "Some people have come to Weiwei for digging up a high price. Some counterfeiters sent people to Wei Hua Xue Yi. After a year and a half, they quit their work to fake the brand of Weihua.
