    People familiar with the industry may not be familiar with Beijing fashion fruit clothing design center. The design center was established in 2002, mainly based on knitting design, OEM processing and foreign trade supplement.

    At first, we designed sweaters, cashmere sweaters and knitted garments. After designing the 2010 World Expo scarves, we began to fully enter the design of other knitwear, such as scarves and so on. Now, most of the cooperative brands are mainly in Beijing, such as white-collar, Victor, Owairan, Laurent Bart, Jen Bei and so on.

    The design team of the 7 people relies on their creativity and their knitting skills.

    With the precise grasp and cooperation with foreign design consultants and textile and garment institutions, one-stop design, proofing and production of one-stop services for many brands have won wide acclaim from the industry.

    Recently, I had the honor to talk with his design director, Gao Gao Chang, about his new work, the design of the 2012 autumn and winter new scarf, which brought us closer to the fashionable fruit of Beijing.

    Reporter: at present, how is the domestic scarf Market Developing?


    European high: scarves in the past only adorned our garments as ornaments, but with modern times,

    Consumer demand for scarves is becoming more and more diversified due to the trend of fashion.

    The previous scarf design focuses only on style and not on quality, but now it requires not only style but also quality, that is, higher requirements in texture, touch and functionality.

    At present, the scarves designed in the domestic market specially for scarves are more popular in flower color. The colors are mainly neutral colors, while the scarves designed by clothing brands are relatively brighter in color, and the styles and designs are more innovative and more comfortable.

    In the next few years, scarf dress will be the main product of clothing ornament, and also one of the costumes that consumers love. In the high-end products, 100% mulberry silk products will become the mainstream of fashion, especially in men's wear.

    We have characteristic processing technology on 100% mulberry silk material, with cashmere texture and cashmere properties, but the cost is lower than cashmere, and its permeability is better than cashmere, and better than cashmere.



    Reporter: what is the design concept of 2012 autumn winter scarf?


    European high: this autumn and winter new scarf includes three series, each with its own theme.

    The first series is mainly based on the color of Dunhuang, and the splicing of different geometric shapes, through the combination of these two different elements to achieve a breakthrough in the traditional combination effect; the second series is a combination of pure points, lines, geometric patterns and colors to achieve a two-dimensional effect of different space; and the third series is composed of abstract patterns, using the expression of abstract texture, highlighting the characteristics of individuality and publicity.

    The colors are mainly black, white, grey, red, bronze, green and purple, but the main color is black gray and red, and the overall tone is brighter than last year.


    Reporter: what is the market positioning of your scarf?


    European high: medium and high grade design is the main material, with 100% of mulberry silk as raw material, cashmere, wool and cotton as supplement.

    Our 100% mulberry silk scarves are relatively advanced in process treatment, especially the effect of velour. They have also been identified by technology in the country. They feel like cashmere, without pilling and without hair.

    The existing style and hand texture have been well received by our existing customers.



    Reporter: what is the competitive advantage of your scarf in the market?


    European high: the scarves produced by us are more complicated than those of the ordinary scarves. In the processing of flannelette, there are 2~3 times more processes than ordinary scarves, which can be processed by 5~8 times. So the scarf produced has the texture of cashmere scarves. It has good handle, no pilling and no hair. At the same time, it has good warmth retention and comfortability and excellent skin care.

    In terms of material quality, we have certain confidence. We have many design elements, rich design patterns, and most importantly, our designers are united and willing to fight.

    The one-stop service from design to production embodies our comprehensive strength.


    Our design center mainly focuses on the OEM processing of knitwear and designs and proofs for different brands.

    Adopt different design concepts to achieve different brand design requirements, and promote industrial development through design and innovation.


    The design center won the franchise of Shanghai World Expo scarf design in 2010. Now it is mainly based on the brand of Beijing, such as white-collar, Victor, owland, Laurent Bart, Jill, Dangdang, Goldlion and so on.


    Reporter: what are the development plans of the future design center? How to deal with the increasingly fierce market competition?


    European high: first of all, we will serve the brand here in Beijing, and then go to the national brand OEM.


    Only with competition can there be development.

    We must constantly improve the team's design ability, design level, learn more and practice more. Only in this way can we survive and develop in the increasingly fierce market competition.
