Cotton textile enterprises are increasingly using non cotton fibers, and the key lies in the breakthrough of new technologies in chemical fiber enterprises.
In terms of technological breakthroughs, Fujian Haixing Mstar Technology Ltd and Fujian Shishi Xiang Hong Group Co., Ltd. are all typical representatives.
"It can not only provide natural touch and drape of chemical fiber raw materials, but also overcome the shortcomings of poor resilience of traditional spandex fabrics, which provides more possibilities for fabric development."

They cooperated with the US DuPont Co to develop DuPont's exclusive license and adopt the world's most advanced production technology and equipment to develop and produce new fibers derived from renewable biomass resources such as corn.
This is the only industrial biomass short elastic fiber produced in the world today.

To this end, they decided to take the road of independent innovation and set up an enterprise technology R & D center.
Huayuan Textile and Xiamen Xiang Lu chemical fiber Limited by Share Ltd jointly developed far-infrared (nano level) heat storage and insulation differential fiber yarn. In 2005, the moisture absorption and sweating differential fiber yarns were developed, and the flame retardant differential fiber yarns were developed in 2006. After the viscose fiber yarns developed by them were put into the market, similar products were more than 300 yuan higher than that of other manufacturers, and still in short supply.
"So keen on new technology is that these enterprises have experienced the sweetness of continuously improving their technological content over the years.
The independent research and application of non cotton fibers has become a key factor and has kept steady growth in the market.

Many of the textile companies have followed suit, and the technology R & D centers have been established.
At present, there are 7 provincial-level enterprises' R & D centers and 17 municipal R & D centers in Changle textile enterprises in Fujian.
These R & D centers make Fujian Changle's textile industry rank the highest in the country.
A few days ago, the China Chemical Fiber Industry Association and the China Cotton Textile Industry Association commended 10 excellent textile enterprises in the world, including 4 textile enterprises in Changle.
The upgrading of industrial technology has brought tangible benefits. Changle's spinning and weaving industry is also stepping up its weakness in the chemical fiber market.
In the first quarter, the output value of Changle's textile industry was 18 billion 478 million yuan, an increase of 30.2%, of which the chemical fiber industry increased by 30.2%, and the dyeing and finishing industry increased by 18.2%.
With advanced technology and products, Changle chemical fiber enterprises are gradually increasing capital and expanding production.
Currently, there are 79 major investment projects to be built and will be built in the near future, with a total investment of 36 billion yuan.
In terms of polyester production, there are 10 enterprises above Designated Size in Changle, 150 thousand tons of polyester staple fiber per year, 400 thousand tons of filament production per year, and 50 thousand tons of sliced annual capacity.
At present, the main investment projects are Xin Donghua Industrial Co., Ltd., which has an annual output of 200 thousand tons of continuous flexible modified polyester direct spinning filament, and Fujian Changle Shali Power Chemical Fiber Co., Ltd. invested 2 billion 500 million yuan in the annual output of 600 thousand tons of melt direct spinning polyester filament, Fujian Jin Lun high fiber Limited by Share Ltd three annual production of 500 thousand tons of differential polyester chemical fiber extension 5 projects.
After these projects are put into operation, the total production capacity of polyester filament produced by advanced direct melt spinning technology in Changle will reach 1 million 500 thousand tons, accounting for about 12.5% of the total capacity of such technology in the whole country.
In terms of nylon production, there are 12 polyamide enterprises in Changle and 500 thousand tons of nylon civilian production capacity.
Major investment projects in recent years include Fujian Jinjiang science and Technology Co., Ltd. annual output of 100 thousand tons of differential superfine nylon spinning project, Changle Liheng nylon Technology Co., Ltd. two annual output of 100 thousand tons of nylon polymerization slicing project, Fujian Kai Bang nylon Technology Co., Ltd. annual output of 40 thousand tons of nylon project, Changle Heng Shen synthetic fiber technology Co., Ltd. annual production of 80 thousand tons of nylon yarn, 180 thousand tons of nylon polymerization slicing, 40 thousand tons of spandex projects and other 11 projects.
These projects will be completed and put into operation during the "12th Five-Year" period. At that time, the annual production capacity of Changle civilian nylon yarn will reach 740 thousand tons, and the annual production capacity of nylon sliced will reach 400 thousand tons, making it the largest production base of nylon slicing in the country.
