The Lining bow shock absorption system is a project jointly developed by Li Ning Co and ExeterResearch and DRD.
Li Ning Co has its own intellectual property rights and has applied for patent.
In the process of research and development, Li Ning Co hired us ExeterResearch company as a consultant for footwear products, providing Li Ning Co with consulting services in marketing, R & D, testing and development.
During this period, Dr. Frederick of ExeterResearch presented the original idea of Lining bow shock absorption technology for Li Ning Co, that is, the unique combination structure of arch bridge and tie bar, and then designed by the US DRD design company combined with the characteristics of running shoes to become functional parts that can be used for the heel part of shoes, so that the Li Ning Co running shoes can provide good cushioning and shock-absorbing performance for athletes in running.
Dr. Frederick came to Beijing to explain the research and development of the "Lining bow" shock absorption technology.
"I like oriental culture very much. I had a chance. I heard about the legend of Zhaozhou Bridge in China. I was deeply attracted.
I began to consider the introduction of the arch into the shock absorber.
Now the "Lining bow" technology platform utilizes the arched damping principle.

Lining and Lining's bow shock absorber technology, the "Lining bow" professional shock absorber technology is developed by using the principle of arch compression deformation to relieve stress effectively. The whole structure and material selection of the shock absorption structure cost researchers a lot of time and energy.
In particular, the "Lining bow" shock absorption system is composed of three parts: Arch, Tensile and PU.
The Arch component is the core component of the shock absorption function and has considerable deformation capacity.
In the process of heel landing, the impact of the ground can be buffered by proper deformation.
After nearly 1000 tests and adjustments, the mixture of two new materials is used to ensure a certain degree of elasticity and ensure proper material rigidity.
Appropriate material adjustments can be made according to different body weight and sports items.
The Tensile component implements an effective auxiliary Arch component to achieve the shock absorption function.
The component is also made of two kinds of materials. The middle core has super toughness, and the outer pparent body has super elasticity. The combination of the two can provide the perfect extension ability for the Arch's shock absorption and deformation, at the same time, ensure the normal shrinkage of Tensile, and maintain the durability of the whole structure.
The PU part can provide the function requirement of stability maximization while ensuring the shock absorption function.
The asymmetric PU details of the heel are designed entirely according to the needs of the heel side for the stability of inversion during the running process.
The PU columns on both sides and the pverse extension parts of Arch play a key role in the stability support after the ground process.
The perfect combination of the three components ensures the functional needs of running, shock absorption and stability, and enables the technology to see, touch and feel.
