The development base is a key construction project in the province. It is located on both sides of the front Village section of the Jin Road, Gongfu road. The planned land area is about 4935 Mu, the construction area is 5 million 700 thousand square meters, and the planned investment is 11 billion 600 million yuan, which is divided into three phases.

It is mainly used for small and medium sized textile and garment enterprises that accept the expansion and pfer of urban centers, undertake the post production and development of clothing R & D, and exert the industrial agglomeration effect, and strive to create the height of Shishi textile and garment industry.

Among them, the first phase project area (A plot) has a planned land area of 330 mu, with a construction area of 520 thousand square meters, with a planned investment of 1 billion 300 million yuan, and it will be put into operation in 2013.

At present, the first phase of the project has completed the land expropriation and surface cleaning work. In April 7th, 8 land formation operations were carried out and the land leveling work was expected to be completed by the end of June.

According to the director of Jin Shang Town, the land use of the base has been approved by the Provincial Department of land and resources, and the detailed planning plan has been completed for the first time and is being optimized and upgraded.

Construction drawings were completed at the beginning of this month, and public bidding is expected to start in August.
