Anta Sports Hopes To Combine With Overseas Sports Brands During The Year.
Anta Sports Products Limited, China's sportswear and apparel producer, said it hopes to complete the acquisition of overseas high-end sports brands or cooperate with the relevant brands in a joint venture mode this year, which is expected to cost no more than 36 million US dollars, equivalent to HK $280 million.
Ling Shengping, chief financial officer of Anta sports, said that the target of M & A or cooperation has been roughly selected.
However, due to the details need to be discussed, we should not be able to finish it in the first quarter of this year.
Ling Shengping said, "the scale of the brand should be less than Fila, but it is very professional in the field of its sports products."
He said that the company will not only purchase the agency of the brand, but will take the whole purchase or joint venture mode and prefer the joint venture mode, because this way can further strengthen the brand management business of the company.
