Dai Jiangxue said that textile enterprises need to do three things if they want to "live".
First, shrink business.
"Because the main business is not good enough, many textile enterprises extend their tentacles to other fields. As a result, the capital chain of enterprises is fragile. Once the macro situation worsens, it will cause a great blow to the enterprises. Therefore, contracting business and concentrating capital is a pressing matter of the moment."
Second, reduce costs.
"Textile is a labor-intensive industry. In recent years, the price of domestic labor has been rising, which is far beyond the scope of the enterprise.
You know, the profit margins of the textile industry are just a few points.
Then, how to reduce labor costs? One way is to fine management, and tapping the potential of personnel, there is another way to introduce robot assembly line.
Third, to the high-end development of the industrial chain.
"For example, developing high-grade fabrics, this is a breakthrough direction.
The future of low-end production is certainly not promising in China.
