brief introduction

The Beijing International Conference Center was established in August 1988 to provide information center services for the Eleventh Asian Games. It is a major member of Beijing Beichen Industrial Co., Ltd.

The conference center is located in the North Fourth Ring Road, Beijing City, which is located in Asian Sports Village. It is located close to the expressway, with excellent geographical location and well-developed traffic.

The main building covers an area of about two hectares and has a total construction area of 68802.54 square meters. It is one of the most influential professional exhibition venues in China.

The Beijing International Conference Center opened in May 14, 1990, officially opened in August 1990, joined the International Convention Center Association (AIPC) in July 5, 1992, and joined the International Conference and assembly Association (ICCA) in April 15, 1996.

At the end of 1994, the Beijing International Conference Center was awarded the "best international conference reception place" by the Beijing Tourism Bureau, and joined the Beijing tourism association with the five star qualification.

Since the fourteenth Mining Conference in May 1900, the conference center has hosted nearly 4000 large-scale conferences, exhibitions and major events.

People from all walks of life and overseas guests have not visited millions of people here.

In September 1990, as the news center of the Eleventh Asian Games, the conference center provided excellent service for journalists and athletes from all over the world, and won wide acclaim at home and abroad with first-class software and hardware.

The fourth World Conference on women, the far south conference, the nineteenth world insect Congress, the twenty-second Postal Union conference, the World University Games, the sixty-sixth International Electrotechnical Committee (IEC) conference, the second session of the global environment fund Second International Conference were successfully held at the Beijing International Conference Center.

Exhibition hall scale

The Beijing International Conference Center, which is located in Asian Sports Village, has a total construction area of 77000 square meters. It is the most ideal place for China to hold various types of international and domestic conferences, exhibitions, cultural exchanges, business activities, offices and tourism.

The conference building is the main building of the Beijing International Conference Center, with a floor area of 52600 square meters. It is the only facility designed and built for conferences and exhibitions in Beijing. It has more than 60 conference rooms and dozens of office rooms which are elegant, comfortable, functional and well equipped.

The capacity of the main conference hall is 500 seats, which is equipped with eight languages such as simultaneous interpretation, projection TV, video camera, stereo equipment and so on. The small staircase hall has 170 sets of stereo, projection TV and other equipment; 48 seats in the senior conference hall, and an impromptu speech system with voting power.

The exhibition hall has a total area of 5000 square meters. It can cooperate with the conference to hold thematic exhibitions, and can also undertake various kinds of exhibitions, fairs, exhibitions, art exhibitions, etc.

The spacious lobby can be used as a display space for various academic conference papers.

The conference hall is equipped with film and Television Center, business center, electronic speed printing center and color expansion center, which can provide ideal, perfect and comprehensive services.

The spacious representatives, including the registration hall, public rest room, VIP lounge, floor bar, etc., have created good work and rest conditions for the organization and participation of the conference.

The Beijing International Conference Center is mainly engaged in hosting international and domestic conferences and exhibitions, large-scale activities and rental Offices. It also provides catering, bar, film and television, business office, information consulting, ticketing, tourism, postal services, as well as entertainment, catering and commercial facilities for rental and sale.

The main building of Beijing International Conference Center is divided into eight floors on the ground and two on the ground floor. It can provide more than 50 large and small conference rooms from 10 to 2500 people.

There are 10 VIP rooms and 8 multi-functional conference rooms.

Large and medium-sized venues are equipped with world class import equipment. There are 7 simultaneous interpretation facilities in 6-10 languages, 4000 sets of receivers, 5 sets of impromptu speaking systems, 6 sets of large-scale projection TV equipment, 18 sets of audio equipment, 2 sets of multi-channel stereo wide screen projector, and different models of high brightness slide projector and projector. Besides, there are 4-6 channels of TV broadcasting system, international level recording system, satellite TV receiving system, broadband multimedia network, video conferencing system, etc., to meet the needs of different specifications meeting.

The conference centre now has three specialized exhibition halls, plus a spacious lobby space. The total area of the exhibition hall can reach 9000 square meters. There are nearly 500 international standard booths.

The whole exhibition area can be relatively independent and connected, flexible and convenient, and has enough pport capacity for people and logistics.

The exhibition hall can cooperate with the conference to hold thematic exhibitions, and can also undertake various kinds of exhibitions, fairs and art exhibitions individually.

In addition, it can provide rental exhibition rack, exhibition tools, booth, special design and other supporting businesses.
