Baotou International Convention and Exhibition Center is located in the south of Jianshe Road and west of Jianhua road. It is divided into the northern Grand Theater, the international conference center area and the Southern International Exhibition Center area.

Among them, the Grand Theatre has a floor area of 17 thousand square meters, with a two floor auditorium, which can accommodate 1500 spectators. The stage has functions of expansion, lifting, rotation, plation, etc. the conference center has 15 thousand square meters of floor space and 32 large and small conference rooms. The exhibition center has 58 thousand square meters of floor space, 6 large exhibition halls and 1342 international standard booths. The D Pavilion on the east side of the exhibition hall has been used as the Baotou city hall for urban planning exhibition.

In addition, the 17 metre long grassland culture corridor connects the Convention Center and Exhibition Center, making the Convention and Exhibition Center seamless.

One of the exhibition hall's D pavilions has been identified as the city hall of Baotou, with the theme of "prairie pearl and glamour Lucheng".

Through the LED large screen and the model and stage, display the three-dimensional space formed by the visual, auditory, and changing lighting effects, and display the city image and cultural taste of Baotou.

The city hall is planned to be the 7 exhibition area of the blueprint, the honor of Baotou, the general situation of the city, the long river of time, the journey to Lucheng, the city scenery and the harmonious city. The city hall will be opened in early June this year.

The other 5 pavilions will hold large-scale exhibitions such as equipment Manufacturing Expo, industrial fair, international automobile exhibition, housing fair, clothing exhibition, building materials exhibition and so on.

The exhibition center is an important part of the exhibition center, with a total construction area of 52115 square meters, a total length of 292 meters, and a width of 162 meters. It has 6 pavilions with A, B, C, D, E and F.

The total area of the exhibition hall is 30132 square meters, of which the A Pavilion is 3402 square meters, the B Pavilion is 5832 square meters, the C museum is 5832 square meters, the D museum is 3402 square meters, the E museum is 5832 square meters, and the F museum is 5832 square meters.

According to the international standard booth (3CM*3CM), 6 exhibition halls can set up 1514 standard booths.

Conference room:

The Grand Theatre has a floor area of 17 thousand square meters, which can accommodate 1500 spectators. The stage has functions of stretching, lifting, rotating, plation, and equipped with advanced acoustic and photoelectric equipment, which can meet the needs of various performing activities. It is the most advanced stage of facilities and facilities in Inner Mongolia.

The stage lifting equipment of the Grand Theatre has been installed, and the outdoor large screen steel structure has basically been completed. It is ready for the stage, the audience pool, the wiring of strong and weak electricity and so on. The project is expected to be completed by the end of the year.
