    I. General Provisions

    Two, each class


    1. when the filter press starts, the operator must stick to his post, pay attention to the working state of the filter press at any time, whether there is abnormal noise or smell: whether there is any impurity entering the sludge pump or filter press, whether the filter cloth is clean, and whether the washing water supply is normal.


    2. check the water level of the air compressor separator and the oil level in the oil mist separator, and release the water and add the lubricant when necessary.


    3. after the end of each shift, the operator must:


    1) clean and clean the compressor (including accessories) inside and outside, ensure that the filter cloth is clean, clean inside and outside, clean the site, and ensure no mud and fouling.


    (2) clean the scraper with wooden scraper and scrub it clean.


    (3) scrub the flocculant dosing tools.


    Three, weekly:


    1. sludge metering pump, flocculant metering pump and filtrate pump part:


    (1) check sludge metering pump, flocculant metering pump and driving part to solve the abnormal condition of leakage (mud) and driving device.


    (2) check the effluent and leakage of filtrate pump.


    (3) cleaning and mixing of flocculant and diluting equipment; cleaning flocculant diffuser (if used).


    2. air compressor parts:


    (1) check the oil level of the air compressor and add enough when it is insufficient.


    (2) condensate discharge from storage tanks.


    (3) clean the air filter.


    (4) manually check the safety valve function of air compressor.

    3. filter press:


    (1) all rolling bearings are filled with calcium based or lithium based grease.


    (2) drive gear and calcium base grease.


    (3) clean the guide roller slide and add grease.


    (4) belt guide and tensioning cylinder support and U ring pin with lubricating oil.


    (5) check the filtrate tank and the bottom tank in the drainage area and the pressure area, and wash the sludge deposited.


    (6) check the rotation axis. rubber Water seal, reset when necessary.


    (7) check the filter belt.


    Four, monthly:


    1. all motor drives are checked once, mainly temperature rise and sound.


    2. conduct a full system function check on the control operation box.


    Five, quarterly:


    1. check the production capacity of air compressor.


    2. belt conveyor roller bearing lubricating oil.


    Six, every year:


    1. replace the air compressor oil.


    2. replace motor gearbox oil.


    3. check the rotary bearing of the filtrate pump and refill the grease.


    4. Check all filter presses. Bearing Change the grease.
