Instead, he mortgaged the assets of the company, pferred the shares of the company to others and changed the legal agent to evade the wages of 144 workers and staff members for more than 56 yuan, and the government departments concerned ordered the payment to be paid. The behavior has constituted the crime of refusing to pay labor remuneration and should be investigated for criminal responsibility according to law.

Eventually, the court sentenced him to one year's imprisonment and a fine of 1000 yuan.
