    According to Zhou Xueming, deputy director of Ningbo Economic Commission and Secretary General of the Organizing Committee of Ningbo organizing committee, there were about 3000 garment enterprises in Ningbo in 2011, and the total output value of textile and garment enterprises above Designated Size reached 124 billion yuan, up 3.3% over the same period last year.
