It is always thrown out of the pin hole. The author thinks that it is caused by the short thread in the pin hole after cutting the thread, or the quick speed of the seam.

The cause of the malfunction is that the floating amount of the tension plate of the second clamping device is not correct, the tension of the take-up spring is weak, the tension of the first tension plate is strong, and the soft start is not set when the seam is started.

It can be solved from the following aspects:

Adjust the floating volume of the tension plate of the second clamping device.

First, we unload the hood and confirm whether the loose pin is on the loose card head.

Secondly, if not, then we press the cam follower to the direction of the arrow by hand, and make the upper axle rotate forward.

Once again, we can undo the loose thread to adjust the crank fixing screw and move the loosening line to adjust the crank. Then we can change the floating volume of the tension plate of the second clamping device as needed.

Generally speaking, the standard floating volume is: s specification, 0.6mm ~ 0.8mm; H specification is 0.8mm ~ 1.0mm.

What we need to pay special attention to is that if the floating volume is too small, the length of the residual line will appear long and short after tangent.

If the floating volume is too large, then the spool will be closed after lifting.

Adjusting spring tension of pick spring

The standard stroke of pick spring is 6mm to 8mm, and the strength is 30g to 50g when picking thread.

We can unscrew the fixing screws and turn the line tension junction to adjust.

The amount of movement of the picking spring is increased clockwise, the stroke of the picking spring is increased, and the stroke of the picking spring is reduced by counterclockwise rotation.

We insert the screwdriver into the tension rod slot of the wire, rotate the tension bar, adjust the spring strength of the take-up spring, rotate clockwise, increase the tension of the take-up spring, and reduce the reverse time.

Adjust the tension of the first tension plate.

We can turn the first tension knob to the right and shorten the length of the remnant line remaining on the needle hole after tangent. Otherwise, if we turn the front tension knob to the left, the length of the remnant line remaining on the needle hole after the tangent line will be longer.

Set soft start

Under these conditions, the stitching speed of first stitches can be set in the range of 400r/min to 1500r/min, and the speed from second to fifth needles can be set in the range of 400r/min to 3000 r/min.

Line grabbing function

It has the function of grasping line, and the initial sewing speed can be higher.

If there is no line grabbing function, we will set the seam to soft start.

With the function of line grabbing, the sewing speed of the factory is set to first r/min, second r/min to fifth pin and 3000 r/min.

Without the line grabbing function, the initial sewing speed of the factory was set to first r/min 400, second pin 900 r/min, third needle to fifth needle speed 3000 r/min.
