Now, according to the practical experience accumulated in my work, I briefly introduce the different reasons and maintenance methods of high-speed section sewing machine in high-speed sewing operation.

If there is a problem of cross section, we should check whether every line passes through the surface line, whether the machine needle is bent or not, and if so, the section line will be generated.

In addition, during the long time sewing process, the thread through holes of the take-up rod can cause grooves to cause the section line not to be smooth, which leads to the section line. We can check whether the needle plate hole is leaving too many needle marks after the needle is broken.

If there is concave or burr, then after burring with a small round file, use the sandpaper or cloth to polish the groove and burr surface; in the operation, the surface line is easy to bring the screwdriver to produce the cross section line. We should also check whether the screw head of the shuttles on the shuttle shell is suitable. If the screw is not suitable, the large and small screws should be replaced.

In addition, we need to note that if the new rotary shuttle is used, and the inkjet plotter has entered a cost-effective era, it is best to extend the pumping time, which can also achieve satisfactory results.

Moreover, the current printer is mostly programmable, and in general, it can minimize noise and vibration in daily work.

When it reaches the lowest position, check the distance between the needle and the guard plate. If the distance is too far, it will not depend on the guard plate. In addition, this kind of machine has achieved the best balance in the design of the head. The pmission of the upper shaft and the lower shaft is driven by the synchronous toothed belt, so the small groove of the shuttle and the small clearance of the inner rotor can easily cause the fault of the clamp line and the section line.
