Functional finishing of warp yarn

Brief introduction of the technology: in the traditional dyeing and printing machine, the functional finishing agent is used to replace the traditional starch size to finish warp yarn. In addition to meeting the weaving requirements, it also gives the yarn the characteristics of hardness, smoothness, brightness and wear-resistance, so that the denim is not processed at the same time, and has the functions of waterproof, antistatic, hydrophilic and oil repellent.
The production process includes: warping axis, wetting trough, washing tank, dyeing tank, oxidation rack (5~8, dyed indigo), water washing tank, drying, storage rack, slurry tank (functional finishing agent, room temperature), drying, splitting, and falling.

Brief introduction of the process: after dyeing with traditional indigo dyeing machine, the warp yarn is dyed with color functional finishing agent. In addition to achieving color matching and weaving requirements, it also gives extra yarn rigidity, smoothness, brightness, abrasion resistance and three proofing effects. The various colors needed on the yarn sleeve make the denim color rich and varied, and the washing style is diversified.
The production process includes: warping axis, wetting trough, washing tank, dyeing tank, oxidation rack (5~8, dyed indigo), water washing tank, modified tank (the last washing tank), drying, storage rack, slurry tank (coating functional finishing agent, room temperature), drying, splitting, and falling.

Brief introduction of the technology: on the traditional dyeing and printing machine, the yarn is treated by pretreatment, modification and drying, and the warp is dyed with the functional dyed finishing agent. The warp is dyed with the required color. It can not only meet the requirements of weaving well, but also endow yarn with stiff, smooth, bright, wear-resistant and weaved denim with waterproof, antistatic, hydrophilic and oil repellent functions, and breaks the limitation of cowboy warp only using cellulose fiber.
The production process includes: warping axis, pre-treatment, water washing, modification, drying, then slurry tank (coating pad dyeing functional finishing agent, room temperature), drying, storage rack, splitting, falling axis.

Brief introduction of the technology: the white denim is dyed by mercerizing process after normal desizing, and the dyed fabric is dyed with pigment dyeing accelerant. The dyed fabric is directly dyed with the pigment of Wei Jia Da company (the pigment paste instead of traditional dye, such as activity and vulcanization). The pigment paste is dyed with denim cloth with rich color and strong sense of three-dimensional and hierarchy.
The production process is: grey cloth to desizing, mercerizing to wetting trough (dip coating dyeing promoter), dye bath (pad dyeing pigment), water washing tank, drying, pre shrinking, finished product.
