On the way out of the restaurant, Deng took out 7500 yuan and divided it into 3 copies, which was distributed to Wu Mousen, Yao and Xiong, 2500 yuan each, and the remaining 12500 yuan was owned by Deng.

In March this year, at the invitation of Guo Mouming, Deng also took the Deputy captain Li Mouhui, Yao Yao and Xiong Mouzhi (three people to deal with it) to eat at the Xiang Delong hotel in Gao Gao town. During the dinner, Deng received the 10 thousand yuan cash donated by Guo and Wu.

The procuratorial organ believed that the appraisal of the amount involved was carried out by the municipal price department, and the appraisal result was reasonable and legal.
