In January 9, 2003, the AOKANG group and the Bishan County People's government signed a formal contract for the construction of the "West China shoe city industrial park".

Chen Guohai said, in the early years, he has been producing sole in Wenzhou, and came to Chongqing 8 years ago. In 2008, the enterprise moved to Bishan, because the construction of the western shoes capital, no western shoes city, maybe he would not come to Chongqing Bishan development.

The first stage of the western shoe market includes southwest shoe material trading center, Jin Du shoe incubation area, and red Firebird.

The Jin Du shoe incubation area covers an area of 50 mu, and has 8 small shoe making supporting enterprise production plants, with a total construction area of over 1.6 square meters. It is leased at a low price to local shoemaking enterprises who are interested in starting a business but can not enter the park because of shortage of funds, so as to train effective forces for the new round of development of Bishan footwear industry.

Since 2005, the hatchery has produced more than 10 shoe companies above designated size.

Liang Anding said that the Jin Hao shoe industry, which was co operated with his business, grew up from the Jin Du shoe incubation area. In Bishan, Huang Enmei, vice president of shoe production last year with 5 acres of factory buildings, said that the 4 workers she had brought before had already opened their own shop and became the "boss" of the local shoe design.

The construction of AOKANG's western shoe capital not only promotes the urbanization and socialized construction of Bishan, but also brings out a shoe industry chain.

According to statistics, as of the end of last year, the footwear industry in Western China has set up 431 shoe industry and supporting enterprises, and the number of employment has reached 24510. It has become a real economic accelerator in Bishan.
