Enterprises pointed out that the industry is now in an environment of internal and external difficulties, and can reduce some of the operating costs by adjusting the product mix and vigorously tap the potential. However, due to the poor cotton price at home and abroad, relying solely on enterprise's internal strength can not make up for the competitive disadvantage of the industry in the international arena.

Most enterprises believe that the policy of putting cotton reserves into operation in September this year is very timely. Although there are some outgoing and product quality problems at individual libraries, they meet the production needs of some enterprises.

At the same time, entrepreneurs said that the 2012 cotton year, the state will open the acquisition, the fourth quarter of the market is likely to be insufficient supply of raw materials, hoping that the country will vote.

Cotton preparation is also a normal mechanism. In the process of putting into production, the production status of cotton textile enterprises should be taken into account, and the price should be combined with high and low prices, that is to say, domestic and international cotton should carry out proper rotation storage.

In addition, the leaders also listened to relevant policies and suggestions on taxation, cotton quotas and so on.

Finally, President Wang Tiankai made a summary of the meeting. He believes that the industry is mainly affected by three factors in the first half of this year, namely, the decline in demand, the excessive cost growth and the high price of domestic and foreign cotton. At present, the demand situation in the international market is hard to improve, but there should be some color in the domestic demand. It is suggested that enterprises should do some work from the market.

The problem is to take a long-term view and consider the development of agriculture and industry. At present, the trade association is appealing to start from Xinjiang and give cotton growers cotton seed direct subsidy to ensure the interests of farmers.

At the same time, he stressed that in order to fully understand the development of the industry, enterprises must support the statistical work of the industry, provide strong information and data for the macro adjustment policy, and promote the steady development of the industry.
