The construction and development of industrial clusters also made gratifying achievements and effectively promoted the development of regional economy.

As a new textile industry cluster, there are 71 spinning enterprises in Luannan County of Tangshan City, with a production scale of about 700000 spindles.

At the same time, many textile industrial clusters are paying more attention to pformation and upgrading, constantly improving the level of science and technology, expanding and extending the industrial chain, highlighting the characteristics and enhancing the cluster effect.

In 2012 1~6 months, Hebei textile industry above designated size enterprises realized main business revenue of 78 billion 344 million yuan, an increase of 19.53% over the same period last year, realized a profit of 4 billion 37 million yuan, an increase of 20.54%; realized profits and taxes 5 billion 645 million yuan, an increase of 19.84%; and earned foreign exchange earning 2 billion 175 million US dollars, down 4.37%.

First, we should highlight the driving force of technological innovation and speed up the modernization process of the textile industry.

Three, we should speed up the construction of enterprise informatization and promote the pformation of enterprises to modernization.

Four, we should do a good job in energy conservation and emission reduction, maintain the sustainable development of the industry; five, grasp the characteristic and strong clusters and guide the development of regional economic norms; six, vigorously promote the brand strategy and speed up the pace of building a brand big province; seven, strengthen the construction of enterprise culture, and promote the development and prosperity of the textile enterprise culture.

At the meeting, the relevant leaders of the Hebei provincial development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of industry and Commerce respectively interpreted the direction and key points of the adjustment of Hebei's textile industrial structure and the policy of the textile industry.
