    To determine if there is any problem in the d axis and H axis, we need to find the origin of d axis and H axis after power up. All actions on the d axis and the H axis are based on the origin. When the H axis is at the origin, the threading hole on the shuttle should be directed toward the direction of the machine girder. The position of the thread point is 180 degrees different from the original position, and the threaded hole should be directed towards the embroidery operator and back to the direction of the machine beam. In the a pin position, the origin of the H axis is determined by the metal shield mounted on the shaft and the proximity switch. If the origin of the a pin is incorrect, it is necessary to check whether there is any problem in the installation of the shield and proximity switch. The origin of other pins is that after finding the origin of the a pin, the H axis is deflected to a certain angle. The H axis deflects 33.75 degrees for each pin position.

Processing method: check whether the electronic gear ratio of d axis and H axis is set correctly. For the CX9 model, if the d axis and the H axis are all big servo motor control (all the drive settings below, all of them refer to the HDH drive), the electronic gear ratio should be set to 250/10; for the 2x9 model, if the d axis is a stepper motor control, the transmission ratio is 1:1, the step angle is set to 0.9 degrees, the transmission ratio is 2:1, the step angle is set to 0.45 degrees, and the H axis electronic gear ratio should be set to 250/10; if the d axis is the servo motor control, the electronic gear ratio of the H axis and the axle shaft should be set to.


    Checking the d axis, H axis We usually look at the above three points first. But some problems can not be found through the above three points, such as the problems in embroidery process. How can we detect the d axis and H axis more thoroughly by simple test methods? Here we need some simple tricks. Through practical embroidery, we can solve many problems of d axis and H axis movement. When the square pattern is embroidered with chain stitches, the direction of the d axis needle hook is always consistent with the direction of embroidery. When the square pattern is embroidered with a towel line, the direction of the d axis needle hook is always opposite to that of embroidery. Regardless of embroidered chains or towels, the H axis perforated hole always clamps 135 degrees to the d axis hook direction, and the needle hook is in front.
