In March and April 2012, in order to obtain illegal profits, Peng Mouping bought many trademarks such as counterfeit "NIKE", "ADIDAS" and "LI-NING" from the shoe city of Southern China, Guangzhou.

On the morning of April 27, 2012, the industrial and commercial administration of Qingxin County inspected the defendant Peng Mouping's shoe store and found that he had sold fake and registered trademark sports shoes and seized counterfeit goods on the spot.

The price authentication center of Qingxin county was identified by the middle market price of the infringing goods, and the goods registered with the counterfeit registered trademarks were worth 277984 yuan.

In fact, Peng Mouping, the defendant, was fined 2000 yuan for selling shoes that infringe trademark rights. But according to Peng Ping, 35 yuan can be sold to shoes of 200 yuan.

After hearing the trial, the fresh court held that Peng Mouping's sales amount was calculated to be more than 27 yuan according to the middle market price of the infringing goods, and the amount was huge.
